Hotel Emerald Inn.. *rating 0* The customer service was disappointing, with no regard for guest needs or requests. This hotel is more suitable for bachelors or singles looking to party and drink, rather than families. No assistance was provided for carrying or loading luggage. The rooms had broken fixtures, and despite charging for deluxe double occupancy, one of the rooms was only fit for a single person. No towels provided. Breakfast we had to beg them to provide.

Worst experience, they don't know the meaning of hospitality, inspite of paying for delux rooms, we had given the hygienically uncleaned rooms and the service was too bad.
