Palette - Hotel Saket Greens

First of all , This hotel name does not exist on earth. They are using wrong name and actual name is "shubh shaleen greenz" second , if your booking is during Marriage season , than better to avoid this hotel . These guys will take time to even respond. third , they don't even provide basic things like water / towel and only once you call them , than they will give and again water is not package drinking water but one big Jug. Fourth, During Check-in they said breakfast is not included but in the morning they say its there ( i was about to pay for one item and than suddenly one lady said you have complementary breakfast by mistake and when i checked again it was there) Fifth, if you ask for tea , they provide you in small paper cups and charge you like big 3 star hotel and you will feel like you are having tea in Train / Bus station. Overall , i will not recommend this Hotel (only in case you have marriage function to attend nearby ,than can think .. but there are other hotels also near by which are not listed online)

No place exists of this name which is kind of scam. The real hotel is "Subh sahleen" hotel which is in front of this (A little bit on the right side). Charges for the hotels are 1500rs for 1 and 2000rs for 2 people for 1 Room.

I am a google guide since some years and I have visited and reviewed a lot of hotels and this probably is the worst experience I had with any hotel so far. I had booked 2 rooms in this hotel as I was visiting Bhopal because my brother had to give his JEE Advance at 9 am in the morning and this hotel was very close to the exam center. But, the hotel turned out to be a complete scam. Here is an account of what happened: 1. We reached Bhopal at 10:30 PM in the night after an exhaustive journey and were hoping to get some rest. We tried searching for this hotel for almost 45 mins but could not do so. We had reached the Google location and searched everywhere around but this hotel was not there. On talking with some locals, we found that the hotel is just where we were looking all along but they have changed the hotel name to something completely different and did not either care to update on google maps, Oyo etc nor they told us when I had called them a day before for confirmation. 2. At 11:15 PM I got into the hotel (my family was all exhausted due to traveling) and I told the receptionist that we have a booking so please give us the room. And the receptionist very calmly told us 'all the rooms are sold out, so we can not give you rooms. We can give you another hotel 5-6km away from here if you want else you can find another hotel'. What an unprofessional thing this is. On telling them that we have the booking and showing him the confirmation ID he told us that I know you have the booking but the hotel is already sold out. I asked how it that possible if we have booked the hotel, and he told that they have overbooked everywhere and were giving rooms on a first come first serve basis. 3. Since it was late at night and my brother had an exam early in the morning I requested/fought and did everything I could but he did not give us the room and instead gave us the address of another hotel telling it's their hotel only so we can stay there. So, we went there at 12 in the night. This also turned out to be wrong. The new hotel was not theirs and even their receptionist was confused about what is happening, coz when we reached there we found that around 10-12 people are already there who were denied the room by the hotel and were sent here as well. And most of them were families with their kids who came there for exams. Everyone was told the same lie and was sent here and the new hotel somehow managed to give us a room at 12:30 at night because he saw that the kids are tired and they have exams in the morning. 4. On enquiring, we found out this hotel has given his rooms to the guests of a nearby wedding that was happening and hence did not bother to give rooms to the people who have actually booked the room long time back and were coming from far for the exams, and they did not even have the decency of informing this to us beforehand. I don't post bad reviews for hotels even if the experience is a little bit short of expectations as I understand there might be some reasons, but what these folks did is outrightly a scam and I would strictly advise anyone not to book this hotel. PS: We had to pay the same room charges again in the new hotel as well because it was not at all related to this pathetic hotel.

Actually this hotel does not exist on land mark by Google, Shubh shaleen springs take the bookings of this hotel which is in front of it.
