OYO 8568 Hotel Kishan Villas

Hotel is at very good location. It is in Zone 1 MP Nagar. Staff behaviour is very good and they are very supportive. Rooms are small although having modern furniture. There is in house restaurant and you can also bring food from outside. I booked this hotel 2 times. My second time experience is not good as compare to first time. This time I experienced some issues like TV remote was not in working condition, washroom is also not very cleaned as compare to first time. Tissue paper and toilet papers were not available. Pipe of toilet hand sprayer was in very leaking condition.

Located in a good area. No problems faced while locating. Staff behaviour was professional plus the food was tasty. But the rooms are very small although equipped with modern furnitures. There was a mini fridge, but there was nothing inside. There was a tissue paper holder, but there were no tissues in it. There was a toilet paper holder, but no toilet paper in it.

Had stayed at this hotel for a week when I was in Bhopal for a business visit. The hotel is located centrally in the heart of the city, hence accessible to major areas. The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful, and make sure your every need is taken care of. The complimentary breakfast was also good although the variety could have been better. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Amenities are just about alright. Though rooms are small they are well furnished and compact. Only problem is that there is no restaurant of its own. But the location makes up for that, giving one a lot of good options within a radius of 1 km. However, choices for early breakfast may not be available.

Everything in this hotel was fine until I used a hidden camera detector app to scan the room. There were high radiations in one of the ceiling light(the yellow one) at night ! Though I covered it up with some newspaper, privacy is really a big concern in this hotel. I urge you to install Hidden Camera Detector from play store itself and stay safe 🙏 because even if you try to file a case against them it wont ever help. Their roots are deep.

Overall good stay. Staff was very good. They were very professional and helpful. They have provided us early check-in without any extra charges. Room was nice, not so much spacious but good at this price range. Location is great.

Given the price range, found the rooms to be decent. The height of ceiling was very low due to the false ceiling. Food was pretty okay but there are lots of options nearby so that's not a problem. Overall, a decent experience.

We stayed for a day here. This is a value for money budget hotel. No frills. Clean rooms. Bit small but OK for the price. Royal category room was good. Many good sweet and dine out options available in walking distance. Recommend if location is convenient .
