The only good thing about this place is its location. Typical old style atmosphere, rooms, staff behaviour. Cleanliness was not as expected. A basic stuff like a toilet roll wasn't there in the room. All together a place with a very dull atmosphere.

11 jun 23 Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Good, clean, courteous staff, good location. Ample facilities. The toilet seat was shaky which was corrected the next morning without any complain. There were no coffee pouches in the room but they provided in a bowl, when asked for. But, the electric kettle was not working and was not replaced/rectified even after complaining. Had to buy morning coffee. The toaster at breakfast place was in a bad shape. Looked unsafe. Complimentary breakfast was not lavish but was adequate.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff is very amicable and cooperative. Parking is excellent. The hotel is very well secured and guarded which will make you feel safe and sound. Everything greatly exceeded my expectations. The only thing which I found not upto the mark was the food. It could use a lot of improvement. Also toilet plumbing issue faced by us.

I would consider it as a basic business hotel, with proximity to lot of places of interest. Rooms are neat.||However, there is not too much parking space, also staff could you a little more politeness, considering it is a business hotel.||Still, a good choice.

First time stayed here in their double deluxe room. Pros: location in central bhopal. Mp Nagar DB mall near to this hotel. Rooms are big enough with road side view. Fast food service Cons : only central AC option . Chance of infection due this very high Foods are expensive and very spicy . For longer stay food will be the problem Breakfast options are less . Overall, it is recommended to stay for 1 night

Nice and clean hotel at the prime location with polite staff and decent property! Whenever I visit Bhopal, I do book my stay with them. Just one flaw was experienced this time, there have been some new party zones generated at the surrounding areas which creates a lot of noise, sometimes at odd hours as well.
