Hotel Jewel Palace

Main lock of room was not working, despite of several complaints not respose from hotel staaf. Receptionist was not responding properly. Waited for breakfast 1/30 hr but havent got it. No professional behaviour from staaf. Worst experience

Worst experience I would never suggest any one to plan stay in this hotel. Me and my husband went to bhopal last week and got to stay in this hotel, late night one among the workers from their hotel started knocking door ringing bells and thrashing the room door repeatedly despite us infoming to the receptionist, this incident took place at middle of night multiple times. The staff there were drunk and had wrong intensions.

Worst service ever I've seen they don't give the complementary water. Door lock not working. The plug is not working even though the TV is not working. Worst hotel i visited in my life at this price

Rooms were very pathetic...it was smelling like urinals. Bedsheet were never washed it seemed. Horrible experience...booked on trust of Fab hotels but now won't be booking through Fab hotels can't take the risk of it.

Hotel room was Very unhygienic & very dirty, as well as bedding was also not cleaned properly. And the smell is also very bad inside the room. And staff is also not cooperative to is not working in the room due insufficient recharge. Totally wastage of money, please do not book it.

Never ever stay in this hotel they will charge u like anything when it comes to service theydon't give u even basic amenities like drinking water clean room no intercom as well as very dirty room full of mosquito.there is no option to give negative u shouldn't stay even for free leaking rapes no recharge in tv even after several request
