"Perfect venue for Shadi 💗" hi everyone..I am Dr Anugya Vyas & i would like to share my honest and genuine review about this amazing hotel. i had my wedding a week ago...7th feb😊 and i can't thank enough to Owner :Vibhor Ji event manager :Abhishek Ji caterer: Akshay Ji Anshika, Manish and whole staff.. they exceeded my expectations a million times over & made it a "DREAMY WEDDING"... whatever i wanted they arranged it perfectly (my haldi at pool area.. my day mandap..my sangeet. .my reception) they held my marriage both professionally and personally like their own family☺️ My and groom's whole family, freinds, relatives all the guests just loved the hospitality and management. 1.Rooms were neat & clean , very lavish, very spacious with all the amenities.specially my bridal suite(it ws best)with 24hr room service. 2.Food was very amazing & delicious. We had 5 times course and every single time food was apt and tasty 😋 3.Events were fantastic...barat swagat with dhol and malas..pool entry for haldi with dj and dhol.. Pyro entry,glass entry, mirror entry what not.. everything was arranged best... Abhishek bhaiya put all his efforts to make your shadi the grand event.. thank you thank you so much bhaiya for it🙏🫶 Again thank you so much VIBHOR BHAIYA , ABHISHEK BHAIYAA, AKSHAYA BHAIYA (Paliwal caterers) for organising my event as like your own sister...it means a lot to me☺️🧿🙏🙏 highly highly highly recommended for shadi😊

I have booked Shubh shaleen springs for my sister's engagement function but the service and catering was third class and staff of Shubh shaleen was incorporative even no proper entrance for guest to come inside the venue no display board, catering was very pathetic our all guest were unhappy with service during program also the program got delay due to late service of starter and water food.. I would not suggest to go here for any family function.. The owners are very arrogant and will not help you for any of service in catering.. please do not go on looks of property 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Catering owner was not present during the event and owner is not taking the responsibility for poor service and catering we have received.. Staff have no coordination between event manager and caters. Very poor communication gap between them. Hotel Staff has called me in morning to ask my venue at property wherein we have booked the venue one month ago. This shows how they are managing things.

We just had our wedding here and the experience was nothing less than perfect! We booked the indoor hall for sangeet, poolside area for haldi and the garden for reception. All the spaces were decorated beautifully, the attention to detail in the decorations and personalisations were remarkable. The rooms were amazing, properly cleaned with around the clock service. The entire property is well-maintained. The venue is easily accessible making the location another major plus point. The staff deserves special mention for their outstanding professionalism and support. They were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and during the events. Our guests really felt well-taken care of. We went with their in-house catering service. The food was exceptional - not only delicious but also maintained high standards of hygiene. Would definitely recommend for anyone planning their wedding.

Worst Experience Ever! I recently visited Shubh Shaleen Springs Garden, and it was an absolute disaster. The place is poorly maintained, with overgrown weeds everywhere and the pathways in terrible condition. The supposed "beautiful spring" they boast about was nothing more than a stagnant puddle surrounded by trash. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. The overall ambiance felt cheap and lacked any charm. Definitely not worth the price or the time. Would not recommend to anyone, and I’ll never be returning!

The experience here was good. We attended our friend's daughter's wedding here in their garden. Room services, everything is very good. The location is also good. It is at a short distance from Anand Nagar and is on the main road, so there is no problem in finding it.

This is late review. But my daughter's wedding was in March in shubh shaleen springs was full of happiness.Our in laws lived the hospitality. The kind of service they offered was as promised. A father always is afraid that wedding me koi dikkat na ho and the owner and its staff always promised that I need not worry and it was true. The food they arranged was well managed and tasty. This was reviewed by my guests after all and I really loved it. The housekeeping staff took full care of my guests day and night. Room service was exceptionally good. The halls are spacious and is thebest place for any event to take care as it is a pure veg property.In hotel side there was always the staff to take care of everything. Our family loved the hospitality and kudos to shubh shaleen springs.

Note: During our party, the hotel staff came to our guests and asked them to give a 5 star review for the hotel which is fake...so please don't judge the hotel with those 5 star reviews . My review: I had booked this venue for a family wedding recently. However, contrary to our first impression expectations, their service was extremely pathetic..Shortcomings elaborated as under: i. Both the halls that I had booked were not clean even at 12:30 p.m., when the time I had booked was 11:00 a.m. I requested the staff to get that cleaned immediately but they said " ek hi admi hai dono hall ikhatta saaf nhi ho paenge" . The wedding was booked 3 months prior and they were behaving as of they didn't get any time for arrangements. ii. The manager and the other staff were cold eared and did not respond to the basic requirements that we made like arrangement of a sign board with party details at the entrance. iii. The passage they had earlier said they would decorate was not decorated at all. Half an hour after the party has started they had arranged a carpet for the passage. After almost 1 hour the name welcome board was also arranged after a lot of heated arguments and repeated follow up. iv. We had booked 5 rooms. It took us almost half an hour to check in ( only for changing) and that too when we were in great rush...Then on requesting for water, we got 4 bottles and the waiter kept on insisting for immediate payment as if we were going to run away before our party. v. Despite earlier bookings, no chairs were arranged for the guests..After the party started on our request, the chairs were brought to the hall. vi. Overall the entire hotel staff were highly non cooperative, inefficient and irresponsible. Thankfully, despite the hotel staff insisting for their in house catering, we opted for Milan caterers who made excellent food arrangements and saved our respect. If at all we would have gone for their catering, I am sure the whole party would have been a complete mess Inspite of its great location and amenities, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any party or event.
