I DID NOT WANT TO GIVE EVEN ONE STAR !!!! WORST SERVICE EVERTHING HERE IS A SCAM AND EVERYONE HERE IS JUST ROBBING OUR MONEY THEY HAVE THE WORST STAFF TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS !! DONOT EVER PLEASE ITS A HUBLE REQUEST BOOK THIS HOTEL !! ITS A BIG SCAM GUYS IT DOES NOT GIVE ROOMS EVEN AFTER GIVING ADVANCE FOR EARLY CHECK IN !!!!!!

a. The hotel did not have a kitchen of its own. Although it gave a menu in hotel room. They ordered the dish from some nearby restaurant and then gave, packed. b. The cutlery smelled and had doubtful cleanliness. c. The bedsheet, linen were visibly dirty and were not changed d. Sofa had black cobwebs hanging e. The room in general was dirty. f. TV didn't have a remote was not provided even on asking. g. Staff was otherwise mostly courteous and polite. h. Round the clock hot water facility was there.

It was the worst experience I've ever had , as I have booked the room at 760rs but the receptionist was rude and told me that they do not take booking under 800 rs and told me to cancel it right now , I had to pay 100 rs extra to keep my booking , also I booked delux room but the bed sheets were torn apart, there were stain on the sheet the toilet sink was broken ac and tv was not functional. Serious suggestion:- please cancel their OYO membership! as they take orders on OYO app just to attract customers but give the rooms on the basis of their fixed price.

Same hotel accepts booking through oyo and fabhotels. Poorly maintained lavatory, ac, door locks. Lift doors are mechanically auto shutting. It creates a loud thud everytime it is operated. Poor sound isolation of rooms. 7 doors open in single small passage. Each time a door is closed, the sound can be clearly heard. Very disturbing during night. Soiled bedsheets, pillow covers, quilt. Lots of cockroaches and mosquitoes in room. Staff is polite, food is good nearby.

Pathetic Experience.........Requested for early check in during booking. It was denied by hotel. Asked extra money for changing room category. Denied giving room before 12 noon- ordered by supervisor. Yatra help line did nor help me. Rude behavior of hotel staff at reception. In one word pathetic experience. I had to book a different hotel and forgo my booking at Saketinn. Never book this hotel....Not fit to be in OYO list.

Worst service provided by OYO , I booked rooms by paying the amount online when I reached the hotel they asked 400 rs extra and it was 1:30 AM in night. Called OYO Helpdesk they were telling we will provide you room in different hotel. At 1:30 AM in night you are asking me to shift to different hotel
