FabHotel Naman Palace - Hotel in Sawan Nagar, Bhopal

Location is good, but the rooms are not clean, they just look clean….they literally don’t clean the bed sheets, we had to change rooms multiple times because of hygiene issues and also low water pressure in the toilets! Even though the behaviour is good their service is mid!

No room service, staff need a training in soft skills, wouldn't recommend this hotel. Fab shud discontinue this association so that others r not mislead in d hope of a good stay.

They showed me a good room for booking but after booking they did not give us that room. They make excuses like this room is already booked and room cards are not available etc. very bad behaviour of reception. We booked with breakfast so they provided limited breakfast and they provided us breakfast from road side tapri/laari.

This is the most pathetic hotel in terms of service and cleaning mess No room service, AC not working most of the time Staff don’t respond even after complaining many times for ac Stayed for 4 nights, room got cleaned only once Black ants everywhere in the room Property owner is money minded, he won’t cooperate for anything

Really bad experience with this hotel. Me along with my 10 other friends stayed here for 4 days. There are couple of issues (highlighted below) 1) Hotel won't provide complimentary water bottles, room cleanings, bed sheet change, washroom cleaning unless you repeatedly call them (FYI- We had to chase them 5-6 times over the calls) 2) Doesn't provide normal water unless you force them to. (FYI- We had to call them repeatedly to send someone with normal water which was not entertained on timely basis) 3) Hotel is not at all worth it for 1800/- they're charging 4) Lacks professionalism (Room cleaning guy literally told us " Ek baar me ek kaam bolo"). You don't have to call us several times. Very rude hotel staff 5) Never faced such a problem with hotels in any small town 6) Hand shower leakage (Reminded them about this but nothing was done to fix this) 7) Washroom was not clean. Mark my words you would only regret paying 1800/- (Worst service+ No food+ Rude hotel staff especially room cleaning guys)

Overall ok, type hotel don't expect much, Cons. 1.Bathroom are clean but toilet hand shower not working. 2. Ac not providing cold air its just motor work on it. 3. Room service is very slow. 4. Less space Pros. 1.Decent room for couple 2. Nice staff behaviour. 3. More independent and flexible. 4. Rooms and bathroom are clean.

Hotel room was spacious and clean. It's a budget friendly hotel. Toilets needs more cleaning as I've observed stains on it. Hotel doesn't have its own restaurant though they have menu cards in which limited items are mentioned which they supply from out source. Food quality was good which they arranged. My overall experience was good.
