Agarwal Home Stay

We had stayed in this hotel on the basis of google reviews but it is totally opposite of good reviews. We checked in on 19/01/2023 in AC double occupancy room. But they did not provide AC remote but when asked simply argues that we need to ask for it. When we asked the receptionist, “do we have to ask for everything???? Then he says, it’s not Taj hotel to provide everything. Even they don’t have simple manners of providing soap to the guests. Condition of the room is very bad, toilet is not clean. There were lot of stuck hair on toilet seat(As shown in picture) Water heater doesn’t work, when asked to receptionist simply they delayed saying we will talk to the owner. Receptionist behaviour is very arrogant & has no manners to talk to the customer. Room charges are on very higher as compare to room condition. Just think twice before staying in this hotel. Hope they improve on this.

This is a fairly new property . It is the best property in and around the area with modern clean rooms with large and ventilated big windows. I was comfortable in the winters as I got sun all day . The lift / elevator is open glass type which does not make it claustrophobic. The staff needs to be better trained . The reception should have more information and the person sitting there should be inviting and pleasant. The cleaning staff has to be called for and supervised too. The owner of the hotel is very polite and listens to all the customes with care and is ready to help out . The property has a camera surveillance everywhere so one is very safe. The party hall is a real need in that area .

Excellent hotel, staff is nice, things are of upmost quality. Free wifi is fast and the TV works very well too. Best hotel I’ve been to in the area!👍🏽👍🏽

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown -Agarwal home stay.

This is not good place to stay also staff not good and charges very high apart from others hotel we are getting good hotel apart from this hotel so I would like to say don’t go agrwal hotel
