Treebo Lotus Blue

It was worst experience. 1 . As I reach the location there is no hotel .. i have to call mmt they give hotel no then i called hotel no one picks after 4- 5 times someone pick and give wrong direction and after asking i reach the hotel 2 . As i have done booking from mmt and mmt special mention of jacuzzi , balcony etc on upgraded room so i booked upgraded room for these things ... but they have none of them ..... when i talked with mmt for these they said they will give compensation amount and trust me it was a headache taking the money from mmt . 3 . On second day i asked can i order 2 dishes on breakfast . The receptionist reply yes and also asked for a coffee he said only 2 main course will be available i said okk But but when i was checkout they asked asking to pay for the extra dishes on breakfast... 4. Every time i say something they say mam u booked the room from mmt and we are connected to treebo ..... it was their punchline from every issue 5. On the second day when i asked to clean the room he said ok after waiting 1 hr I again called and ask to please clean the room and again he said ok and after again waiting for 1 hour i again asked are u willing to clean the room he said mam it is not possible not u have to wait like it was already 2 hrs and finally on 3 pm someone came to clean the room ... 6. The view from window is 3rd class I is not good for solo girls travellers as i travels alone in this hotel and i have faced many issue in two days

Recently stayed at Treebo Lotus Blue on Narmadapuram Road, Bhopal. The location is quite peaceful, with easy access to nearby attractions like the Maple High Street Corporate Hub. The hotel is budget-friendly and offers good value for money. Rooms: The rooms are clean and comfortable. I stayed in a Deluxe room (Maple), which had all the basic amenities you'd expect from a budget hotel. There are also Solo (Acacia) and Standard (Oak) rooms available for different needs. Amenities: The hotel has an in-house restaurant, room service, free Wi-Fi, and parking facilities for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the food was decent for a short stay. Service: The staff was courteous and helpful, especially with the check-in process. Early check-in was available upon request, which was convenient.
