Too much trouble in this hotel. The ceiling is damaged bathroom door lock was broken ac was not worked properly ac remote also not worked no temperature control. At morning no water supplies in the bathrooms.

If you have never experienced bed bugs and you want to experience bed bugs, please visit this hotel. Their 5th & 6th floor is filled with bed bugs which will leave itchy for days. I literally had to rub a whole tube of odomos on myself because the idiots at the reception won’t provide me with a clean room. When I complained about bed bugs, they offered me another room again filled with bed bugs. The staff is completely unfriendly. They’ll make sure that you regret your decision of having visited that hotel. Oyo might promised you breakfast but they won’t give it to you. Overall they really know how to ruin your trip.

There were no amenities at all. I was there for my sister’s exam along with our father, there was no geaser, none of the remotes were working, taps were not working. Even though we complained no one addressed our issue. There was no cleanliness in the room nothing was good.

They told no prepaid oyo bookings we are recieving. Even after confirmation via oyo customer care they provided room on 5th floor which were not even of 500rs Dirty room , dirty linen, dirty washrooms 0/5 start from my side!

WORST EXPERIENCE! PLEASE do not stay here for the following reasons: The rooms were very dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them. Our room smelt of raw sewage and our toilet didn’t work. There was no hot water and the bath taps fell off. The tap water was so dirty and smelling so bad felt like its gutter water. Bugs everywhere, horrible customer service. I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting, worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY! PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT WE DID!
