NillThis is the worst hotel, I did not even check in, the rooms of that hotel were very dirty and the bathrooms were also very dirty, I have never seen such a bad hotel, I talked to the company to cancel the hotel, the company also refused saying that there will be no refund because you will give any proof against the hotel that it is dirty, I would say that it is better not to go to this hotel, this is a bad hotel, very bad.. 😡😡😡 Have you people resolved my worries? When the hotel staff did not cancel my booking, even though I had not stayed in that room and had left the hotel, how did they check-in? When I had not even taken the room, it should have been cancelled, but the hotel staff put it on check-in. But they should have cancelled the booking, Golden Ville is a very bad hotel in Gwalior.

NillVery poorly maintained hotel. Booked hotel for 4 days by looking at photos. We had 2 bags and room was given on 3 floor. Lift was not working. We went to the room and the rooms were very dirty. The locks are loose. No cleaning. The floor was sticky. And the bedsheet was not changed. The bedsheet was was of previous people. The bathrooms were worse then public toilet. Cannot go as a family at all. The washroom stunks like anything and hasnt been cleaned from past many months. Worse then public washroom. Went many times to the reception but they were indifferent. Next morning shifted to other hotel. NOT AT ALL A FAMILY HOTEL. IF YOU WANT TO BOOK FIRST SEE THE ROOM THEN ONLY BOOK. DONT BELIEVE THE PICTURES.

NillYou will be welcomed with some guys doing smoking in the reception. The service was pathetic, the rooms floor was having hairs and unnecessary stuff,the bed sheet was not clean and the towel was not even washed. You have to ask the service boy again and again for every little stuff. And they don't have their own parking.

NillThe place is fine as per the price. But the washroom was not cleaned. Even after I asked for cleaning, the room service guy just ignored it. A bottle of normal temperature water is 30 /- . We asked for coffee, the staff said we are preparing then after some time said chini khatam hai. Then we did not get our coffee for a very long time so we cancelled the coffee. Room was good. TV had no supply. AC was not working properly. Over all as per the price it was expected not to get any facilities. But if services and facilities don't matter to some one than it's a good place to stay.

★★Firstly, this property is no more OYO, but under Fab Hotels & named Fabexpress Golden Village Hotel. Stayed for 2 nights in Nov'19 while holidaying at Gwalior. Scores well on location & reasonably comfortable rooms. Nishant at Front Desk & Ankit Singh, the Guest Relation Manager appointed by Fab are the only 2 staff members who understand basics of hospitality & are helpful to the guests. But rest of the staff members need serious grooming on all aspects. In spite of booking directly with Fab Hotels, our overall experience wasn't so nice & we shared our grievances with Nishant as well as Mr. Harsh, the property owner, while checking out of the hotel after our 2 nights stay.||We had booked Premium Room ( Super Deluxe ) for us through Fab Hotels & expected a smooth Check-in & clean, comfortable room with all functional amenities. However, we were sadly proved wrong as even basic expectations weren't met. The actual room was no way anything like the pics shown on the booking portals. The room # 102 allotted to us was ' Premium Room' & was spacious with Split AC, comfortable bed, LCD, Coffee Table & Chairs, desk & wardrobe etc, but the sole window opened into a duct. The disturbing thing was that TV wasn't functional & the tap on wash basin was loose, rotating 360 degrees. The walls were damp, with the basic whitewash too peeling off. When asked for choice of better room in the same category, the Front Desk guy bluntly expressed inability saying due to wedding season, all rooms are booked. The housekeeping guys & a team of 4-5 staffers tried to resolve the issue of malfunctioning equipment's, but failed. However, when we threatened to escalate to Fab Hotels, suddenly Ankit Singh dropped in to resolve the issue & rectified the TV & water tap problem in a jiffy. He also offered us a choice of another room in same category i.e. Premium/Super Deluxe ( contradicting earlier information of all rooms being booked at time of Check-In ) but we preferred to continue in the allocated room as the issues were resolved by now. But then, the AC stopped working & in spite of repeated follow up, it could not be rectified. As it was impossible to stay in that room without AC as it didn't have proper ventilation, we informed them about it & called Fab Hotels Customer Care for helping us out of this situation. Finally, at 10 pm, we wee shifted to another room on 3rd floor Room # 301 & we had no choice but to accept this. This room was smaller as it belonged to Deluxe category & Not Premium / Super Deluxe. It was smaller as well as didn't have seating area ( No Seats/ Chairs & Coffee Table etc ) . All this spoilt our holiday mood.||The breakfast too was basic & the guys managing the same at restaurant were ignorant themselves of the offerings. We had Poha, Paratha with curd & pickle, Omelette Bread, Sandwiches with Tea/Coffee but service was too slow & lacked taste. ||We shared our grievances with Nishant & Harsh while checking out so that other guests are not inconvenienced like us & they promised to look into the matter. Hope they improve. Fab Hotels too needs to get in this else it would tarnish their image in the competitive hospitality sector in India. ||Sharing the detailed ordeal is just to create awareness among prospective customers on stay at this property & not intended to malign the hotel or its owners / staffers. ||The hotel is 3-4 Kms from Gwalior Junction station in Lashkar area, approx Rs 50 by rickshaw. 100 m away from Jayendraganj Chauraha, a popular landmark. All touristy places can be accessed easily by OLA Cabs or rickshaws.

NillWorst. First of all the location on Google Maps is incorrect. Secondly the hotel is not a 5% also of what is shown on images. Secondly the hotel reception is a mess.
