I booked for my son’s birth day party but they cancelled at the last movement stating that we have a ring ceremony program so please move your birth day party to other hotel. Unfair practice.

Very costly but very less Hygeine. Staffs are not so cooperative . experienced water shortage problem too.. Bathroom is not clean at all.

The rooms were not very tidy, bedsheets were dirty and I had to ask for cleaner sheets. The menu for in house dining was limited and a lot of items mentioned were not available. Simple cold beverages were not available and had to be bought from outside.

The horrifying experience I had today with Saya Inn. I have done an online booking for the hotel but they sold all the rooms and gave me their staff room that has no pillow, AC is not working, washroom is bad condition. When I asked the receptionist, they got aggressive by saying This is the only option and if you wish to not stay cancel it. Just understand there carelessness about their guest who is checking in at 2am night coz of work. I m never going to stay back in this hotel and not to recommend any one

Room size ok. No cupboard. No electric kettle and sachet. Towel not clean. No bathroom slippers. Tea ordered from restaurant was good. Location is very good. Unprofessional staff and receptionist. Staff lacks common courtesy that is required in hospitality. Owner needs to look into the micro-details at ground level. Owner/manager is probably unaware of all this ...

Good approachable place, good hotel for family, staff members and owner of hotel, Mr Mohit behaviour was very cooperative but few improvement area is related to service part. Service on demand available but it should be on proactive basis. Safety and smoothly working of lift also need to improve. Regards, Dr. P. K. Agarwal.
