Good service for hotel staff

Well, my stay was for two days only and I didn't find anything wrong in this hotel. Location, look and enough parking in front of the hotel attract the attention of the tourists/travellers. Receptionist and other staff members were very helpful and cooperative. Lift was working and there were stairs also to go to the top floors. My room was neat and clean and so was the wash room. LED tv, Geyser, Commode and other electrical/sanitary fittings all were in perfect condition. A wardrobe and two bed side cabinets in my room were enough for my belongings. A big common hall adjacent to my room with sofa sets helped me to pass my time reading newspapers and watching tv. Got complimentary breakfast in the morning. First day got Puri Sabji with tea and on the second day got Poha, Aloo parantha and tea. Only concern was the slow room service which needs to be improved. Didn't see wheelchair access. As the rates were reasonable and the staff members were welcoming I would like to visit this hotel again.

Hey guys, I am a regular customer of this hotel for last 2years..!! But what I felt that behaviour of staff has really become arrogant. They are not customer friendly..!! I have seen 3 customers went away just half an hour ago because of their behaviour..!! Who knows when TIME will change..!! Hope they get wisdom ASAP..!! Probably this will be my last stay..!! Get well soon guys or else u will land on moon..!! All the best..!!

Rooms were Okyish. But the good thing is it's between the city so proximity won't be an issue. And yes they need to work on the sanitation. Bedding and stuff should be changed regularly.

Location: it's on the main road, clearly visible. Rooms: clean rooms and quite spacious with clean bathrooms Service: food is great, staff is polite. Overall a great stay, would recommend anyone to stay at Saya Inn for a value for money deal Tarrif : 1300 per night (including a discount of 30%)

Marriage function was held here and I m really sorry to say that the housekeeping standards are very very pathetic and unresponsive. The food quality was very very bad and they don't deserve to get the 3star standard rating. A lot of improvement needed and ethics lessons to be inculcated into their professional behavior.

Worst experience I had ever. After getting confirmation of booking 3 days ago.. The hotel denied entry quoting Rooms are occupied by MD sir.. and no rooms are available.. Is it ethical or professional??? One approaching you from 1000 km and that's ur reply.. Cancel krwa lena, hm refund dedenge. I had to appear in exams tomorrow... Very poor poor experience....

Rooms are very good. But they usually don't believe in good service. That's my opinion after only one visit. May differ for others as well. I am not trying to be judgmental after one visit. That's why I have given 4 star.
