OYO Flagship Shiva Guest House

Worst facility,double charges,no conversation sense,poor facility...i never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel if it's not urgent then plz another hotel.

Very poor hotel. No higiene. The room, bathroom and bed are ridden with termites. The staff is so rude that any sane person will not stay for a minute... Stay away from this property. It is not a hotel it is like rooms for rent.

The hotel is not suitable to stay. The owner, the caretaker and the staff are all very arrogant and does not know how to speak and behave with the people visiting the hotel. There are no facilities as mentioned in the listing. No geyser, no bedrolls, no towels, no breakfast, no toiletries, no drinking water, nothing. On top that this property is listed on platforms like OYO whose customer care is helpless, they don't even have a way to contact the owner and the staff of the hotel. The experience has been pathetic, and I would suggest go for any other hotel, which might have a lower rating, but not this hotel.

Plzzz provide 1/4 star option also. Horrible experience ever. You paid handsome amount for poor room quality....and electricity gone for 2 hr in hot weather conditions. Worst experience

It's a really nice guest house . Staff is cooperative. Located in busy area of Gwalior though very quite from inside. If you are looking for pocket friendly place with no compromise in comfort this is the place. Go for it.
