Hotel The Bellevue

Poor bathroom cleaness,no warm water provide .very poor room service. staff was very rude and on reception staff always ready for quarrel.overall this is not hotel,it called dharamshala .

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel with the most comfortable and spotless rooms. The service was absolutely top-notch, with a friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. Everything about the hotel was just perfect!

25 colleagues from our company stayed in this hotel for 3 days to participate in the NCQC - 2024 event. Had very good experience. Hotel staffs are supportive and they arranged food and snacks as per our request. Quality of food was very good. Rooms are quite good. Cleanliness is okay and can be improved. Hot water was available in all the rooms except one room. Price was affordable for rooms and food.

Had a nice spacious clean room and the staff was friendly. In a very ok price. Too bad not all hotels are like this. If I ever go back to Gwalior again, this hotel will be my choice. As a group of an European woman with a Nepalese husband and overactive child on budget and a luxury-used Indian friend we all could love and appreciate their services. Thanks Bellevue for the superb stay!

It's not a 3 ⭐ hotel. It's just like some OYO hotel. Rooms are not much cleaned, water in tap is just dripping, AC water leakage in room, oil stains and bedsheet burns, duvet smells, and when I checked in even I was getting puke smell in the room. Overall a pathetic stay. They charge you too much and give you nothing. I haven't tried their breakfast so can't comment on that. Don't choose this hotel because in 1800 tariff you will get other good hotels.

Its mentioned that it is a 3 star hotel in Google. Overall nice experience but not good as any 3 star hotel.. Interiors are not cleaned as expected. Sofa was dame dirty... AC is not working properly. . Location was good. Pricing is affordable...

we booked Hotel for wedding with the commitment from the Hotel Management that they will provide multiple services like extra bedding in each room, morning tea through room service, RO water free of cost but to the utter disappointment, when we returned from one of the functions, no such arrangements for extra bedding were made, when asked the front office, he said there are no extra bedding available. Very bad experience and such a rude behaviour and very very very bad service please dont book this hotel for any of the wedding and any event. As they will not fulfil the promise which they make
