I stayed at this hotel recently and was quite impressed with the rooms—they were fantastic, especially for the price. Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, definitely great value for money in terms of accommodation. However, the service was a bit disappointing. I had requested a room change, but it took a whole day without any proper follow-up or action from the staff. It felt like the request was forgotten or not managed properly. That delay was frustrating. Aside from that, the staff were generally polite and the overall service was decent. The hotel environment was calm and pleasant, which added to the comfort of the stay. With better coordination and responsiveness, this hotel could offer a much smoother experience.

This is a OYO property. Don't Go Any OYO hotel and OYO Rooms. Forgot OYO pass this msg to all. It was a very bad experience. The flush in the toilet was not working. The plumber was working for half an hour but it was still not fixed. Many charging points were lost. The bathroom was dirty. The bedsheet was dirty. The pillow covers were dirty. No one cared about hygiene. When I asked for a room change, the manager did not tell the plumber how much time it would take. You think yourself, am I working as a plumber or do I also have to live with the family. I changed my room, showed 4-5 rooms but none of them was good. OYO has cheated me. When I called OYO, I did not get a good reply from there either. At night, the same lady calls and says ( idiot why did you take an OYO room) I tried to record but disconnected the phone. Shame Shame Shame OYO.........

The hotel was great and the location was also amazing. The view from its entrance was beautiful and the parking was the best. The staff communication was good but there was no WiFi facility. The cleanliness of the room was also great. Thank you so much to all 👏❤️

Amazing stay It was a Very nice, amazingly clean room, stunning views and a really nice atmosphere a very very nice fresh breakfast, some very lovely and friendly staff (served by Jake) There was absolutely no noise from anywhere out of my room, great soundless sleep

• Be prepared to bath with cold water because even after telling them to turn on the geezer they won’t and say they did . • Better have food from outside because they serve the left over food. • Make sure if you order anything or ask for anything the item will be delivered in an hour . • Time management is zero . Been staying here since 15 days

Don’t book this hotel at any cost here as the point you need to hear 1- staff don’t know how to interact or even talk properly specially the receptionist who don’t even know the online booking process , bragging about calling the owner 2- if a customer asks to clear things up of online booking the staff ask’s for extra money for an extra mattress which was included in my booking before hand 3- room service , the hotel don’t know anything about it Pros - just close to city Center but you will get some good other options
