The stay was enjoyable, offering restful sleep. The staff was cooperative, and the recently renovated room was well-received. Overall, the experience was superb. Mahesh bhai sharma manger was most co operative.

GST number is not written on the restaurant bill, even after that they add GST and S GST in the bill ... The staff manager is very rude and the quality of food is very bad …

If you are planning to stay here then please go with other better option nearby...Their service is horrible...They could not even fulfill the basic requirement such as towels, working flush, clean bedsheets etc. Please do not go with room's interior alone. Make sure that they have everything up and running. In our case they could not provide us a single clean towel during our stay even after complaining 100 times.

The google star rating is for food & restaurant only. Hotel is not good for a night stay. The room was not clean, no basic amenities(like soap) was provided. Kettle was smelly. I asked for a clean bedsheet & warm water, atleast thrice. No response from staff.Not pick up the call ,No recharge in TV ,No room key....very Disgusting Staffs I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for stay.

Today i organized a party with my friends and family it was a very bad and horrible experience since starting the behaviour of staff is very unprofessional our booking was from 3pm to 6 pm but at 5:30 pm staff stopped serving food and force us to vocate the hall when i complain about this to manager and owner they start misbehaving and fighting with us and also threaten me to beat me up.worst experience.

ZERO MARKS FROM HEAD TO TOE. NOBODY BOTHERS TO RECTIFY ANY DEFICIENCY CONCERNS RAISED. WHY MORE, ENCOUNTERED A LIVE FOREIGN PARTICLE DURING BREAKFAST TODAY SATURDAY 19TH OCTOBER 2024. NO REGRETS FROM THE CONCERNED PERSONNEL PRESENT THEN. WILL ADVISE AGAINST ANYONE EVEN THINKING OF THESE PREMISES BY MISTAKE.
