Hotel Sunbeam

One of the worst hotels in Gwalior. The room was extremely dirty – bedsheets and pillows were stained and unhygienic. Room service was pathetic; they didn’t even provide basic drinking water. The bathroom had continuous leakage, with water dripping all night, making it impossible to rest. On top of that, there were bugs in the room, adding to the discomfort. This was truly a horrible experience, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you are a girl or solo traveler, please avoid this hotel – it’s unsafe and very uncomfortable. Also, platforms like MMT or Agoda should at least verify basic facilities and hygiene before recommending such hotels.”

At first when we entered to the hotel the person who was in the waiting room was very creepy . The staff was not helping us to take our luggage to our room . The rooms were ok ok but the service was worst . Neither the tv nor the wifi was working , they were just set for the name of show off. The bathrooms were not clean and the blanket which were provided to us were also not cleaned . Water facility was not provided, we used to call them again and again for the water but they were not responding to us . The staffs were giving us creepy look and they used to stare us , which used to make us feel uncomfortable. They were not cleaning our rooms even after telling for many times .Once our geyser was not working so we called them many times but they ignored us , is this call hospitality if they don't know how to behave with the guests they should close their so called hotel . At the time of checking out they were rude to us and were disrespectful to us . I don't know why they are running a hotel when they can not provide a good service .

This hotel is not worthy enough to be given even one star. The staff is fully drunk every time. They dont even give a glass of water. Rud behavior worst room i mean third class room. Pls dont ever book this hotel.

The room are not as shown in the pics. The rooms they initially showed us were horrible, badly maintained, dirty sheets and even worse toilets. once we spoke to the front office, they gave us other room. if ur doing an overnight stay at an eco saving trip then its fine, not recommended otherwise. The staff is very hepul and tried their best to accommodate and help us given the limited resources

Very Poor Hotel. Poor staff and they shifted the luggage and stuff from our team player's room without out permission in the name of check out time and half of the cash was gone. They stole good chunk of money from players wallet and rudely behaving after that. Also the rooms are really bad and washrooms are even worst.
