JUSTSTAY HOTEL PACIFIC

All services are good but staff Behaviour is so bad they charge bed sheet after check out . He was threatening that he would go to your house if he did not give the money.

Had high hopes from this hotel, had booked it after doing lots of research in other hotels in the city...made a mistake..location is fantastic.. although the basement parking can only be accessed by the most expert of drivers as it is so steep and acute angled..the entry and checkin process was good..but was informed that the room was not ready (inspite me reaching 6 hours after check-in time)...and was told to wait in another room till then which could only be accessed via a rusted spiral dangerous staircase..the room was in horrible condition...rat chewed mattresses and torn bedsheets..yellow bedsheets and fungus on walls... after about an hour, was given a room which was in better condition, but had no openable windows..and no mode of air circulation other than keeping bathroom door open through which stink was coming.heavy salt water scaling on walls..cockroaches on the bathroom corners..sink water drain was broken through which waste water was coming in your feet.. hot water was switched off from the reception..and TV wasnt functioning...overall not worth the 1800 i spent.. Unless location is very important to you..please avoid..either pay less and stay at a similar hotel..or pay higher and get better amenities..

They provide huge and big room and that's gd . But there's staff don't know how to talk with costumers, misbehavior and lack of hospitality found in there staff. It's better to stay away from this hotel🤞
