The restaurant was great and the hotel itself was good we looked around the hall and the entire property. It's built quite nice and the environment was warm and welcoming. The staff was definitely quite nice and humble. Definitely will come again. Thanks to akash for guiding us.........

Found the entire team, right from the GM to the person standing at the gate to be very courteous. The housekeeping and room service levels were also good. The buffet breakfast has a reasonable spread which was quite delicious

We just checked in. And so far, the experience has been frustrating. We requested a room with two separate twin beds. First room assigned to us had one king bed. Went back to the lobby and they gave us keys to another room. That one also had a single king bed. Bellboy noticed our frustration and brought us to the 3rd room on his own which had two twin beds. We're tried at this point from the trip and going up and down the elevator three times with the baggage. One of us went to use the bathroom. After washing hands, we realized there are no hand towels. Bathroom had a single bath towel. At this point, I tried calling the front desk from one of the two phones in the room. But the phone doesn't work. Found the second phone and called the front desk. No one answered after 15 rings. So, I called housekeeping. Same, no one answered. At this point I'm tired and frustrated. I went down to the front desk and explained to the woman working the desk that after switching rooms three times, the room is missing towels. I also asked her to make the second key for our room as the bellboy had given us only one. She made the key and asked me whether I wanted the towels sent to the second room with the single king bed. I lost my temper at this point and asked her which room she just made a key for. Then I told her to have the towels sent to that room. A few minutes later, the housekeeper shows up with toiletries instead of towels. I informed her that there's only one bath towel, so we need hand towels and another bath towel. She then showed up with one hand towel and two bath towels. I requested that she bring a second hand towel. I'm still waiting for her to return with a hand towel. So far, the staff has shown total incompetence. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'll be waiting to see if the management responds to this review and changes our experience for next two days we're staying here. I'll update the review if I hear back from management.

Every time you enter the hotel, there’s an odd, unpleasant smell – that’s the smell of mold. We booked a superior room, and the bathroom (photos attached) was disappointing. The toilet wasn’t clean, and there was no toilet roll. There was mold all over the bathroom. Due to the slant in the floor, water doesn’t drain properly and just stands there. After taking a shower in the evening, the bathroom had a foul odor by morning because the water hadn’t drained. The pool is murky. We were told it’s getting cleaned. It’s been two days it’s still dirty, no one is swimming here too. They offered to change our room, but we were heading out for sightseeing, so we couldn’t move. Overall, we were not satisfied with the superior room. However, the food is great. The breakfast buffet is one of the best, and both restaurants serve excellent food with good service.

I recently stayed at Radisson Gwalior, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've had. 🏨✨ The property is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. 🛏️ The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. 🛋️🪴 A special mention goes to Ms. Janvi 😊🌸 at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Her warm hospitality, professionalism, and prompt service made our experience even more memorable. 🙌 She was always ready to help with a smile, making us feel right at home. 🥰 The overall service at the hotel was outstanding, and the staff were courteous and attentive. 🥂 From the delicious food at the restaurant 🍽️ to the prompt room service 🚪, every aspect of our stay was handled with care and attention to detail. 🛎️✨ I highly recommend Radisson Gwalior to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city. 🏙️ Thanks to the team for making our visit so delightful

Their restaurant Indish is pathetic. From food to service, everything is downgraded. We ordered tomato & basil soup and it was served to us with no flavor of basil. Tandoori chaap for starters was equally bad. Never order malai kofta as they will just serve you a gravy of white flour (maida) with maida koftas. No flavor in food, I don’t understand their rating but food quality is not at all maintained. Highly disappointed from a hotel claiming to be 5 star.

Easy-to-reach location in Gwalior City Centre. Even though this is a 5 star hotel, but it's missing the opulence of newer 5 star or even some newer 4 star hotels. The rooms are worn-out, though housekeeping does an excellent job in cleanliness. The bathroom fittings are stained and even rusted. The rooms were of moderate size, but lacked the grandness expected of a 5 starred property. The toiletries included Shaving Kit, Dental Kit, Laundry Bag, Body Lotion. The breakfast spread offered decent choice and food was average tasting, not too great. Especially the bakery items felt stale.
