OYO 5515 Hotel Blue Palace

We had a comfortable stay here for 10 days very coperative staff and rooms were decent for the price paid.Moreover it was safe for us as we were two female staying together..The hotel is walking distance from platform 4..

1. Given a completely different room with extremely low light in comparison to what was shown on goibibo gostay promise. Instead of 1 bed there were two beds of size 6X2 which were not at all comfortable to sleep in and you could fell if you took a turn on the bed 2. The AC flap was broken and always aiming at the ground. 3. When a complaint was made the uncle at the reception was too rude saying this is all we have and it's up to you whether you want it or not. We have lot many other customers who are offering double the price you paid. You can call anybody you want. 4. Also we were made to wait in comparison to other people who paid at the hotel while my room was prepaid. 5. torn bed sheets, used towel, glasses of alcohol of previous customer present in the room. 6. In the name of toiletries one 5rs soap was given. This is what I feel after several such instances that these hotel owners always keep the better rooms for people who can pay offline and give other not so good rooms to online bookings as they are already paid and have nothing to worry about payment and all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY

They have beautiful rooms, but if you come through paid hotels they don't entertain you at all. They fool you. They overcharge you. They use your patience. One of the worst hotel treatement. They charge for tea (₹100 for 2) even when they say they are giving you breakfast complimentary. Not at all cooperative. Rude.

Very disappointing room. Very small.. no space. Unclean washroom. The washbasin drainage pipe was out which made the bathroom even worse. Flush was not working. Mosquitoes in the room.. no fan. AC was very old type and was very noisy. No remote control for AC, it was manual. Breakfast: Aloo paratha & coffee Aloo paratha (- 10/10) horrible Cofee was very good

Dirty bathroom, broken shower and girls hair on the maitress make it more disgusting. Unmannered supervisor while the workers were really good but rest all is third class. DO NOT GO FOR THIS GURSTHOUSE, I CHANGE MY STAY 2ND DAY BY PAYING ONLY 100 RS EXTRA IN GRACE HOTEL AND IT WAS 1000 TIMES GOOD THAN THIS DUSTBIN.

This is my 3rd stay in Gwalior and I opted again Gulmohar for my stay. There was delay in service and toiletries were not provided on regular basis. We had our stay of 7 days continuously but toiletries were provided on first check-in only. The beds are not very comfortable and mattresses seems to be older now. However the stay was very much comfortable in other terms as the room was very spacious with larger bathroom and balcony space where sunlight was coming whole day. I enjoyed completely and recommend to anyone for staying in Gwalior

***Warning to all the travellers out there for this hotel if booking online *** They can ask u to pay a so called " difference amount" over and Above what u wud have already paid online or committed to pay. This extra charge they say is because of communication gap between the hotel and Goibibo / MMT site. For which the customer has to suffer at the last moment standing at the counter infact leading to getting a denial for check in. Its cheating in plain sight . On top of it while goibibo was really helpful ,receptive, apologetic and cordial , the staff at the hotel was far from it. I was clearly asked by the hotel to cancel my booking and go elsewhere. Thats highly unprofessional and rude . Be very careful as to what might uncover next at this property. (Btw ,there are plenty of similar good hotels in this area of Gwalior ,so why not ?)

Third class hotel. Inside room there are lot of cockroaches.... very rude staff... staff started arguments when asked to replace dirty bedsheet.... hot water geyser also not working staff said our owner cut off it's connections hence we can't do anything.
