Everything was in poor condition. Service is also poor No management skill and they only trap the guest with help of auto rikshaw drivers.. No Hot water All the switch boards were broken AC was dead. Fan speed Regulator not working. Overall they deserve to be abused. Dont go with family or solo

Room is good, but the bathroom is bad. Dirty and half the things don't work or are leaking. The people how work there are amateuristic. But the asking price for this ac room of 1500 Rp. Is ridiculous. The fan in the room could only run on full speed with the noise of a machine.

Do not opt for this OYO. Everything is bad about this property. No hot water, dirty bed sheets and pillows, unsecured lobby, unhelpful staff. OYO team suggested this option and it was a bad decision to go with this.

Rooms were not up to the mark but yes if you don't HV any other option go for it and compromise with comfort... not value for money at all..... totally bad service.... bedsheets were not clean room was not clean.... bathroom door was broken...you won't have direct access to tv or ac, no soap towels not even tables were in room...when we asked for some paper so that we can eat they literally said to eat on bed my god........ you will find much better place to stay in same price....I can go on and on totally bad experience..... here are some pictures

I have booked this Oyo property from Oyo site and paid with breakfast but property manager don't provide breakfast and room was very dusty, bedsheet, pillow covers and washroom was very dirty and towel and soap not provided it was my worst experience ever 😔

Very worst..no words to say..smelly room and smelly bedsheet pillows and blankets in peak winters of gwalior.. Never ever suggest anyone to go.Be aware

Booked room here offline. Interiors are good but the rooms and bathrooms were not clean at all. Bedsheets were stinking. Although the service was good and yes there was no electricity for around 15 mins in the morning during our stay.
