Hotel Mayur

I recently booked the room there, Location is not so good, it's in a small gali. Even though they don't have car parking, service is pathetic. Price is not worthy according to room. I have booked suite.

I had booked this hotel from booking.com and after cancellation with refund policy not refunded my money. Stop looting people. You people take money easily but when it comes to refund it never comes after promising to refund within 5 days. You are big frauds stop fleecing people Everyday for the past 7 days. I have been calling and everytime new person comes on phone and promised a refund Don't go near to this hotel or goroomgo.com who is managing this hotel now

I’m 28, female! Room: waterleaakage in 4 i saw to select myself. After saying 2times and still got Non hygienic cleaning. No yeahcleaned toilets. No females staff. Ac rooms , have old ACs .. not working after mechanic saw them too (2 room which I saw) Staff is ignorant: no manager , no id for staff , over argument , outsider came in middle of conversation and said I m manager ! We don’t give refunds, where I stayed for 1 Hour(I was asked to wait for electricity to come back and then Ac will be repaired)

Overall, it was a good experience staying here. The rooms provided to us were very good and spacious. Their services were also satisfactory. However, I faced the following challenges: 1. Despite complaining 2-3 times, no solution was provided for the AC remote in room number 311. We reported that the remote was not working. 2. Although they offer food, it is not provided on time. I placed an order expecting it to be ready within 50-60 minutes. I ordered one paneer dish, 37 chapatis, and 6-8 aaloo parathas, which were provided to us after 2 hours. I am unsure why there was such a delay. Based on this experience, I would recommend this hotel for accommodation but not for food.

Extremely poor service, the serviceman ask 3 to 4 time for same thing and when we give any order they took 2 hours for serving. I ask for breakfast and soap they provide me soap in 40 min and breakfast in 2 hours. Extremely poor service and too slow. Also here free Wi-Fi but they didn't gave the I'd password and the television show no signal.

Worst staff ...I booked room of rupee1600 brkfast included..but no brkfast was given....staff is damn rude all bloody idiots r running the hotel....no ac was working...worst room.....I had worst experience n becoz of this hotel experience I wud never like to come to gwalior ever ... please dnt go to this hotel they r just fooling people .
