NillWas on a two day business trip. Positives 1. No unpleasant surprises in the room 2. Decent food and a wonderful experience in the Swad restaurant due to the staff especially Mr.Leeladhar who was amazing and a great example of how to make people feel special. Negatives 1. A little dated in terms of ambience and decor 2. An unpleasant manager on the morning duty who insisted that the Sunday morning was going to be very busy and shot down my request for a late check out. He was perfectly within his rights to deny my request but the way in which it was done makes me wonder if I will come here again.

NillWe visited with family, Food: Delicious and flavorful dishes. The menu offered a wide variety, and portions were generous. Service: Friendly staff, but service was slightly slow and inattentive at times. Ambiance: Cozy atmosphere, clean and well-maintained. Overall: Great food, but room for improvement in service. Would recommend it to cuisine enthusiasts.

NillGood hospitality. Amazing experience of staying in Hotel Landmark. The team has done a great job. Well appointed rooms and very well restored common areas. The staff from front office to restaurant and house keeping are simply exceptional. Special thanks to front desk. They have a very good restaurant. Will definitely want to visit again

NillThe overall experience is good and the food over there is very good. They are at reasonable prices and for each person it would cost around 200 to 300 if he eats a lot . For normal persons who eat less if a group of people will go it would cost less than that also . The additional student discount is also very helpful for the students

Nill1. I had shared my views earlier also, but I don’t know why it’s not getting published. 2. The rooms and the linens used are in very bad condition. Hygiene & sanitation in the washrooms is not good. Old and partially worn out furniture has been kept in the room and the cushions have old stains which is visible. Also, the walls have stain marks and at places scratches are there. 3. The stewards while coming to the room should not start scanning the room and the people inside. Location of the hotel being at the centre of the city is the only positive thing, otherwise not recommended to stay. 4. Hotel staff should wake up and put 200% more emphasis in cleanliness & maintenance of hygiene & sanitation.

NillI want to share my recent stay experience in landmark hotel, Gwalior. I booked a room for one night for my husband and me from 24.04.24 to 25.08.24. The room and washroom were cleaned but I had a bad experience with the food. We ordered vegetable biryani and vegetable raita in dinner. As we were enjoying our biryani, we had some kiska. We informed the manager about this and he changed the biryani, but the same problem persisted the second time. The raita was almost finished but then I saw a illi in the bowl. We called the manager and showed him the same. His reaction was very casual and he just said sorry. He also said it might be from a rotten tomato. My question to the hotel owner is why the tomato was served to the client instead of being thrown into the dustbin if it was rotten. The breakfast served in the morning was also not good, no food quality and hygiene was maintained. I am sharing this experience because I don’t want others to suffer from it. Hotel need to work on food quality and hygiene as this the basic requirement for the hotel industry. Without a doubt I won’t recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Encl. picture of illi in the raita bowl. Regards Smrati Tomar

NillExcept for the location, the hotel is not that good. There were insects in the room, room services were not prompt, cleanliness was ok but amenities were not up to the mark.
