This Hotel & Service very Awesome there is cultural staff service way of taking very sweet and lovely. I'm suggest for all other traveler family please visit once this hotel and enjoy your trip.

Hotel location is good around 1 KM from the Railway station. Hotel Room Size is good but Condition is very poor. Service is pathetic, For a glass for Water I have to wait for 3 HRs after 3 calls I got Water for drinking.If you are coming for relaxing Please think over it, As main problem is they have very Antic Indoor Air conditioning which makes a loud noise. Washroom are not clean. Very poor service

Bad rooms, old dirty toilets, poor service and house keeping. Too much noise around rooms. Dont even have basic manners and courtesy of letting guests sleep.

A basic, minimal frills accommodation place. The property is old, however provides simple and necessary arrangements for a temporary stay. Would hardly matter if you are going to use to only for Sleeping. Public Transport (Auto Rickshaws or Shared Transportation) is easy to find. Has In Room Service for Food (from own restaurant and Bar). Do not provide pickup or drop facilities.

Positives- Best part of the hotel is location of hotel at heart of the city. Fort, malls and other prime locations are just nearby. Rooms are spacious. Car parking is available. Negatives- Hotel management is very poor and unmaintained. Cleanliness is a big issue. And service of hotel is pathetic. Also receptionist at night is unwelcoming and fights with people hence creating nuisance. 3 stars of hotel is purely on spacious rooms and LOCATION of hotel.
