Very pathetic experience in this hotel. Never go to stay in this hotel. Sometimes they will overcharge you. Behaviour of owner very rude. They will give you nothing in terms of services. I would give rating in negative if there were option.

Never go to this hotel. More useless than you say. The staff are also very rude, they will charge you something and give you nothing. Last time when I stayed in this hotel, they did not even give me the GST bill of the hotel. Then they took the full payment from me in advance. They are completely fooling the customers according to everything

Worst hotel guys!!. Never book here. Never!! I stay in delhi but came to Gwalior to give MPPSC exam which was on 21st May 2023. I booked this hotel from GoIbibo for 2 days from 20th to 22nd morning. When I reached there on 20th night, the hotel receptionist, the most dumb person, told that he cannot give me room because the room is under maintenance. I told him the emergency that I have my exam tomorrow and please don’t do such things with me especially when I am not a localite. But these money hungry people have no empathy and didn’t give me any room despite my fully paid booking. Angrily, I asked the receptionist to make me talk to the manager. The manager said that he tried contacting me on phone but the call didn't get through. I had made the reservation 1 week b4, didnt my call get connected even once in last 7 days!! Even if I trust their story, then they should have themselves cancelled the booking. But they didn't, clearly showing negligence in their behavior. GoIbibo customer support was compassionate enough in listening to my entire story but even they could not help me because all the hotels were booked due to high demand owing to MPPSC exam :( But they refunded the entire amount. GoIbibo is great and I never faced such an issue in last 7 years but what can it do when the partner hotel is fraud! This was not the case with only me. 2 more students came who had booked from MakeMyTrip. The fact that the customers from both Goibibo and MAkeMYTrip faced the same issues, is itself a proof that the fault was with the hotel itself. Finally, we 3 booked a very expensive hotel nearby and stayed there. LESSON: Never book any hotel which has “oyo” name associated with it. Clearly they have no accountability, morality, compassionate and are a bunch of power hungry rats!

This is hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and rude i went with family, Worst service even after taken full payment in advance before check inn , rooms are worst quality...AC is broken and wasn’t working, door lock was damage, bathroom was very messy like bustand toilet and beds have bugs in it dirty ambience.., the staff treat you as you are servant not a guest. When i got angry to the staff then hotel owner got my room changed. Worst experience in my life i stayed in 1 to 2-Aug-2022 , guys don't book this hotel at all….

A very very bad hotel. Bad behaviour by the receptionist. They don't care about guests. Humble request is never ever prefer this hotel if you have value for your money. This hotel is utter doshedisheart. They provide hot water in bucket and take about an hour.
