Collection O Hotel Yugantar Palace

My life's worst hotel staying experience. I booked two rooms for four people. Room was very dirty , pillow cover were torn. Hotel staff told me that there is a small water leakage in A.C. but when I woke up in the morning my room has become pond , water was all over there. I booked room with breakfast but they provided breakfast at 10:30.

Terrible i booked hotel and pay all money in advance by phonepe after that when i reached to hotel the staff said no rooms available after i talk to them they say i am under age and i am 20+ now igs an leagal age after i talk to oyo help center they talk with hotel manager manager said that we can shift you to anoter property our property is full no rooms are available then i said then why it is sowing succesful booking and advance pay means that i won't have to face pre booking issues like checkin n all but after that they shift me to another hotel it was an terrible i rifuse to stay there after i talk with oyo customer care again they said me you can go hotel which is booked by you we will arrange you a room after that i go there they said we can sand you another location etc etc after 5minutes another couple arrive and they got room literally man i was suffering from atleast 3 hours and someone came just now and they give the room even his booking wasant pre paid he pay at hotel later i have talk too oyo customer after 4hrs they say sir we refund your money we have no rooms if you have no rooms then inform at the time of booking its an fraudable activity which is doing by oyo i prefer to all instead of booking through oyo go direct in a hotel and do booking even you get good rooms compare to oyo with less price orrr can use other apps liks trivago instead of oyo .

Parking your car is a minus point here as they do not have space. |Cleanliness in rooms is expected to be better. |Room service required to be more quick. |Hope this will be better in future visits......|

Worst hotel...no proper staff. Dustbin was full with whiskey bottles..even the toilet seat was broken..dirty bedsheet and very conjusted room ...and tv is not working....I was there with my bro ..for some treatment what should we do for whole day..very bad service

It is a new hotel so rooms are in a good condition for now.. Location wise it sucks.. Highly conjusted rooms.. But the low price compensates for all..

Pathetic hotel .. Worst stay ever in any oyo! Could not provide housekeeping service in the room and even charged me INR300 for accompanying a guest for an hour! That was somthing not accepted!
