Nice room, and peacful enviornment. Near to Urvai Gate ( Gwalior Fort), Respectful staff and cooperative. Couples are allowed, full safety and privacy provided. Rooms are clean and well maintained. They provide very good service in this price segment. Its far from Railway Station and Airport, but if you wish to enjoy senic view from Gwalior fort its a very good location to enjoy beautiful sun rise and sunset at walking distance. There is one issue that online price is not matching with hotel manager expection due to this customer needs to suffer, this is the problem here, here online platforms like oyo and booking are at fault, hotel owner said that they have given price range of 1000-1500 to oyo, but still oyo shows 600-700 rs per day sometimes even 500 Rs, which leads to problem in checking in but if yoh before hand ask the customer care executive in oyo this issue might be resolved otherwise 1200 Rs per night for this room is good enough. But yeah this miscommunication between hotel owner and oyo sucks the customer experince.

Worst Experience of booking this hotel. I had booked this hotel through OYO. The Hotel cancel my booking a day before my trip. He said - your booking is confirmed but I do not have rooms to allot you. Do you expect me to travel to Gwalior and when rooms are not available, I search hotels at the last minute? The OYO charged me cancellation charges. Very unprofessional behaviour from the hotel. Difinitely some scam is happenning here.

They charge more than online price . Their is no room Service or any Other facilities They only provide room above price of 1200per day
