I had an absolutely amazing experience at Loto Hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were impeccably clean, modern, and very comfortable — perfect for both business and leisure stays. What really stood out was the service — polite, prompt, and always with a smile. The food was delicious with a great variety to choose from, and the ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting. Its central location in Indore made it easy to get around, and yet the hotel maintained a calm and peaceful vibe. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Indore. The owner vibhuti sir is very kind and helpful. He guided my auto wala to the location in this unknown city. If not for him we would have been wandering for 1 more hour. The rooms are also nice and comfortable. The receptionist is also nice. 5 stars
