Service and cleanliness was outstanding. All staff were cooperative and they also have food in the hotel..I will definitely recommend this hotel for all my future trips. Hope to get some more discounts..and place where it is located in also nice and neat.accoding to price it's worth a buy. Sightseeing are also nearby and also we didn't travel as much as we thought to nearby towns. so overall a good experience would recommend everyone to go and stay here.

The service was very good and the staff were very polite with us.The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff Room was clean with the essentials Overall the hotel was very good with too it’s reasonable budget.

The Hotel Playotel Inn Sonash in Indore is the worst hotel. No proper facilities were provided. Recently, I stayed in this hotel for 3N 4D. The hotel allotted rooms with single twin bed at their own level whereas the booking as done for double bed rooms. When I raised objection to this, the executive at the reception told me that as per guidelines issued by the hotel, they themselves allot room with single twin beds if booking is done by a group of persons. How can the hotel authorities change the room if booking is done for the particular rooms. No toiletries were provided in the washrooms. The washrooms were also not cleaned properly. The food was also not good. There was no window in the room for ventilation. One should avoid staying in this hotel.

The worst property u can think of staying in. They’re trying too hard to meet the standards of an expensive hotel, but failing miserably. 1. They do not have a designated parking. You will end up parking your vehicle on road in front of the hotel. 2. The staff/management is rude and unbothered of your requirements. 3. The rooms are very small. 4. For my room there was a power outage for half an hour without any backup 5. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night, on enquiry i was asked if the fan is working or not… and that the fan should be enough for me to spend the night. I finally got my room changed after an entire discussion. 6. The breakfast is a joke, the fruits kept lying open.. when asked for fresh fruits i was denied with an angry look. 7. These guys would make you pay in advance, hence the option to check out isn’t available with you. 8. If you have a pet do not even think about taking up this property. The staff will keep on pestering and bothering you for the same. I eventually had to make my pet sleep in the car. All in all… please avoid the property if you can.

Food was great, everything was up to the table and very well served and we are delightfull with the food ! Everything was extremely well managed by her who was handling the buffet hall for the breakfast ! Perfect !

I stayed at Playotel Inn Sonash during my business trip at Indore. Hotel is on main road and can easily get transport facilities. Rooms:7/10 Room Service:8/10 Food:4/10 Food Service:4/10 During my stay I observed that in morning breakfast buffet some items were not fresh eg. Fruit Cakes for many times. Also food service is very slow.
