Worst experience ever in a staying in a hotel. I am wondering how they got 3 star. The staff are very stubborn and they do as they wish. Couldn’t sleep due to high noise making by the staff all the time. Food is costly and crap. The towel provided is like an emery paper. TV not working. They couldn’t provide a power plug and I had to search in the market to search one. Not at all recommended for family. Total waste of money

SCAMMED BY THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT - AVOID AT ALL COSTS This was by far the WORST experience I've ever had with a hotel. I booked Itsy Hotel Phoenix (a Treebo property) online through Agoda, expecting a decent stay. Instead, I was blatantly SCAMMED by the hotel management. Upon arrival, they claimed there was some vague "issue" with the room I booked and forcibly shifted me to a completely different, shady property (HOTEL EAGLE)in a terrible location. This disgusting hotel, managed by the same owner, had absolutely NO facilities—no kettle, no breakfast, and the place was swarming with mosquitoes. It was nothing like what I paid for or expected. This was a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic to rip off customers. The management is dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly running a scam operation. I am furious at the blatant disregard for guests and the money I wasted on this terrible experience. DO NOT book this hotel unless you want to be lied to, inconvenienced, and dumped into an unlivable property. Absolute disgrace!

Writing behalf of my friend Dear Treebo group, please take in account that this particular hotel is running a scam circle. They overbook rooms in advance and when the guest arrives, they say that there’s some problem in their system and they can’t book you in. Then they take you to another hotel run by the same group, Its a small and shabby hotel nearby and ask you for extra charges Not worth the price and troubles faced Please avoid booking this hotel at any cost

The best accommodation i have got here in this kind of budget hotel. Rooms were cleaned and maintained properly. Toilet and washroom were in hygienic condition. Security point of view this hotel is the best. Reception staff and services staffs were so polite as well mannered. Hotel is situated in a good location. I will highly recommend to those who are planning to come this side.

Stayed here for a week during work. Entrance to the hotel is very eye-catchy. Rooms are decent, but not justifying the high price. Food I ordered was very good, but again prices are little high. Interiors are good since it is new. The rooms need to be more clean and hygienic. White rust are everywhere inside the rooms. It mostly remains over-crowded, all rooms were full when I checked in. Service by the staff were prompt and on time. Location wise it's fine, in the centre connecting Indore and Rau. There's room for improvement, otherwise it's fine.

Comfortable room's and affordable rates received spotlessly clean bed linen and towels, hot water available round the clock, excellent spread of breakfast served, good speed WiFi connection available overall a good stay.
