First and foremost, the room was not cleaned before I checked in. Staff asked me to check in and that the room will be cleaned in some time. But only the bedsheets were changed that too the next day after I called multiple times. The breakfast was included in my booking and the timing for breakfast is 9:30 AM. But they gave the breakfast after multiple calls at around 11 AM and one at noon. The lock in the bathroom didn't work. Positive: The hotel is located just beside the service lane so easy access to the main road for cabs, auto and fast food. AC was working perfectly as opposed to many hotels. The staff was not rude at all. Service needs to be better.

MMT confirmed for breakfast in the total amount and when this reception guy hear that from me he was so surprised that how is breakfast included in this. We checked in here at 2 am and after this checkin we were supposed to wake up around 9 am as our plan to checkout is 10 am. But this guy sent the breakfast at 8:30 only. That chilled poha and tea in room, when we asked for buffet he this is the only breakfast. I said tea is supposed to be hot, his reply was sir now this is it. If you want another tea that will be chargeable. MMT should not work with these kind of hotels.

It was memorable stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. They offee smooth services . I loved the coffee specially. Great experience staying here. Highly recommended.good experience for family good to stay

Best hotel i stayed in Indore... The rooms are very good and hygienic condition. The all the hotel staff was good in nature and co-operative. The hotel located at best localities and at nice atmospheric conditions.

the check in process is little bit longer. check in staff don't have live information about the booking and asking more questions like how much was booking etc. For breakfast i repeatedly showed my booking details. and not up to the mark.

They cheat. Tell you one price on OYO and don't give you a room once you reach the property. Very arrogant.
