*1/5 - Disappointing Stay* I recently stayed at Urban elite from [ 11/September/2024] to [12/September/2024] and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The hotel's website promised a lot, but the reality was far from it. Firstly, the room was not clean and had a strange odor. The bed sheets were stained, and the bathroom was not well-maintained. The air conditioning was not working properly, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel's staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. They took ages to respond to our requests, and the room service was slow and overpriced. The breakfast buffet was limited and lacked variety. The food was cold and tasted bland. The hotel's location was also not ideal, with limited options for dining and entertainment nearby. Overall, my stay at [urban Elite] was a letdown, and I would not recommend it to anyone. *Pros:* None *Cons:* Unclean room, unfriendly staff, poor food quality, bad location

WORST!! the hotel staff is very unprofessional. No lift, the whole hotel stinks with ciggerate smell. Stained pillows, and cushion wrapped up in hairs. A simple cup of tea ordered took 45 mins to be delivered. Not at all recommended for family stay. PS:- don't get misguided by any positive reviews online.

The hotel is average. There is no lift and the staff won't help taking your luggage which could be a trouble if your room is on 4th floor. When we arrived, the rooms smelled of cigarettes. When asked the cleaning staff on this, he said I don't smell anything. The person at reception was polite and helpful though. He quickly arranged a new room for us. But still the quality of room and linens was bad. Bedsheets were torn, taps were leaking, furniture broken, etc. The beds were not made. Only one towel was provided between 2 people and on asking, staff said there is a laundry problem. The only positive side was the price and breakfast. Food was good. So if you plan to stay outside whole day and only come to hotel for sleeping, it would make sense.

Newly constructed property. Very well decorated. Room size are compact however of a very good standard. Toilet is too small however that’s ok and standard is good. Shower installed will take away all your travel tiredness once you take a hot shower bath here… Upon reaching the hotel since I had my dog along, I was confronted that they are not allowed however the lady at reception was kind enough to allow after a call to someone. Also, a new cafeteria is opened now which can serve to in-house requests of food also. Problem is only if your neighbour guests smoke or play music your room fills with smoke and sound. Staff at night doesn’t care about it at all. I believe this should be looked at by the management. This continues when I am writing this review today morning… Parking is located in front of the hotel or on road and if that is filled then there’s a plot where you can park. One star less for the noise/smoke/parking stuff. However 4 stars for the property and gesture of lady to allow us with a dog… Overall a decent stay…

Scam...scam....scam!!! Do not book. 1 star hotel zero sense staff. Zero cleaness. Stay only if you have no option. Very rude staff. Rooms are tiny no clearness Tiny washrooms smelly rooms Takes booking through OYO but will not lets you check in then makes you negotiate and takes booking without bill to get cash Pathetic exeperiance Only good thing is cafe food must try it is yummy

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this Hotel. We booked through Oyo and when we reached this place they literally denied to let us have our room and told us to contact Oyo regarding the problem saying that they are not ok with the offer given by Oyo and so we will not be allotted the room. It was literally harassment. If they are not fine with the Oyo offer then they must withdraw their contract with oyo why would they unnecessarily harass their customers like this? Horrible. Hotel room was also terrific, very small room and bathroom and almost no ventilation.
