Capital O 8882 Hotel Pishori Residency

We booked 2 rooms online via goibibo in this hotel, paid in full in advance. We confirmed our booking over phone after booking it online, and told them to hold the rooms and not to give it anyone else. When we reached hotel, late at night, we were told by hotel staff that only one room is available. We were told that rather than arguing with them, we should take the available room. It was unprofessional on their part. Also the hotel staff seemed rude when discussing this issue. Coming to room quality itself, room was big enough, but I would still rate the room 3star,it doesn't deserve a higher rating. Overall rating for the hotel because of room booking issue would be 2 star. Room rating would be 3 star at max. Please be careful while booking this hotel.

Very unprofessional people. If you want to stay here, don't book rooms online. Online bookings through goibibo is not guaranteed even if you pay full. We really had a bad experience with them. We booked 2 rooms for 4 persons (2 persons in one room) online through goibibo and informed them that we would check in late. To our surprise, when we reached the hotel, their staff was unaware of our booking and accommodated 4 of us in a single big room. They prefer on the spot booking. They give a dam to these online booking portals.

Overall experience of hotel was pathetic! We booked through goibibo, and confirmed over call for 2 rooms with hotel. However, when we went there they have said there is no booking by us. This is at around 00:30 am. They were trying to say they are giving family room for 4 of us and trying to show sympathy. Later they mentioned we canceled one booking and giving us family room. Area around is like some wine shops so little busy. No complimentory food, water, anything from hotel. Very bad service by hotel. No toiletories were given. Not to go type hotel looking at goibibo ratings. AC was not working out of We ordered breakfast but waas not up to mark. Staff is not that cooperative. Washroom was not good. Wheelchair accessible is not possible. No separate parking of hotel but a street parking.

Hotel is very Fine for Families,Couples,Singles,Professionals Because their Quality Service is Good.They Take care of Coustmers very much and Security is Strict.Hotel rooms are Mordern,Bathrooms are Good. Beds Table and Interior look of room are very Fancy.They Come on first call only.Air Conditoners,Fans are of Good Quality in fact they also arrange Mordern Coolers on Demand.Foods they provide are very Delicious.Cleanings are done on three times of a day outside the room and on room 2 time or as per need. Everything is Proper and Good in this Hotel. One has to Visit here.

It is a typical oyo hotel , having good neat rooms and toilet . It is a budget hotel having restaurant in adjusant building . Staff behaviour is good Cons:- 1.The compliment breakfast is provided only from 8.30 am but most of the business customers leave the rooms by 7 am so it is of no use. 2.There is no English movies channel in TV, so the one who don't want Hindi feel awkward 3. Little congested toilet windows of adjustan rooms are nested . If next room guy smoke you will feel the smell

The hotel is located on the lane beside the service road near the Nanak Nagar Gurudwara. The hotel has almost all the amenities,but the location sucks. The lane is almost always quiet and there is a 24 hrs pollution from the ring road nearby. There is life facility and catering facility as well. The staff is helpful and well behaved. The distance is a problem as well as it is almost 12 Kms from airport and 5 Kms from the railway station.

Rooms are good, spacious and clean. Bathroom is also good. Located on highway and easy approach. But no restaurant of their own and no parking facility. You have to park vehicle on road. Staff is good and helpful. Can be stay one night.

Decent, clean hotel with helping staff. Booked it for a week for my family to get away from the crowded area during peak covid situation in Indore and when an already booked Sunvilla (Rani Bagh area Indore) hosts/managers failed to communicate in time. Family stay was very enjoyable and entire family felt relaxed. Hotel staff helped old grandma get in and out of the car as well. Good food was available on request too. Had to cancel remaining two days of Oyo reservation to move into a bigger bungalow type property. Oyo customer service helped refund the unused number of days as well considering family's confusion about the cancellation deadline. Very considerate Overall, GREAT experience. Definitely RECOMMENDED for anyone looking for a clean, organized hotel in Indore with food service.
