OYO Flagship Hotel Desire

Is there any option for below 1 star. They don't deserve it also. World's most worst hotel ever. If anyone wants to book after seeing review. Please don't do. And very important thing if dare to go don't pay in advance never ever. Pay on checkout time.

I have recently booked this hotel for family and after booking we have call them for follow up and they say we don't have available rooms. And then they have provide us their another hotel silver palace which is third class hotel. Even we can't say it hotel. Dharmshala is better than this. Location is also very offbit. They have demand extra money from us. Manager and staff are very rude. No service at all. Durty rooms and beds. They are just scammers.

Worst experience. Worst hotel. If you are in Indore just don't book this hotel. They are very stubborn. They entered our room without our permission when we were not there and when we asked them they said they had an emergency which they refused to tell us. The manager was too rude and was never available. There was no electricity for 3 hours there , AC wasn't working. The bed sheets , coverings very too dirty and smelled nasty. They don't even deserve that 1 star rating. You will find here hotels cheap because it is outskirts of indore just pay some extra and get rooms elsewhere but not there. Pure scam.

Worst experience. Worst facilities. They entered our room without our permission when we were not there and when asked they said they had an emergency and denied to tell us the emergency. Manager was too rude , bed sheets and coverings were dirty and smelly. AC not working , no electricity for 3 hours. Worst hotel experience ever. Pure scam. 1 star is too much for them. They shall be thoroughly investigated. There is literally no privacy. If you are looking for hotels in Indore , don't fall for the cheap price , the price is cheap as it is in outskirts of indore. Pay 200 extra and get room elsewhere but not here.

Poor service staff and his manager too... Never try to book this hotel online. Not accepted online booking. If you have time for physical booking go for it otherwise avoid this hotel. He refused to provide room on my online booking and i have to find out other hotel at night.

They did not change the bedsheet, instead the bed had dirty sheets and coverings. The bathroom door was faulty and it won't close. Repeated requests had to be made to provide glass, Tea and plates. Also found it noisy and rooms were not given room freshener. Poor hospitality overall.
