Mr. Hemant is an outstanding Guy from House keeping. He is decent with loads of politeness. The experience was good. Buffet is a must try for lunch or dinner!! A variety of food options and the cost is very reasonable.. if you are a foodie 😍😍😍Staff is helpful and humble.. definitely a stay to recommend. ||Thank you for your hospitality🙏🏻

The rooms are what you'd expect from such a price range but room-service is not great, it usually takes 5-10 min. for in room dining to provide a couple of plates and spoons! Also there's no lift in parking, if you can call it that! Housekeeping is good though.

To, The Manager, Effotel by Sayaji, Indore Subject: Regarding Unsatisfactory Stay Experience Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel from [06/03/2025] to [14/03/2025]. My company had booked my stay with you, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. During my stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my comfort: 1. Room Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned, and I noticed cockroaches in the room, which was extremely concerning. 2. Food Quality: Whenever I ordered food at night, it was consistently served cold, making it difficult to enjoy my meals. 3. Staff Behavior: Despite informing the staff about these concerns, I found them uncooperative and unwilling to address the issues. As a result of these problems, I ended up falling ill, which I believe was due to the poor hygiene and food quality. I am bringing this to your attention with the expectation that you will take appropriate steps to improve your services and ensure other guests do not face similar issues. I request you to look into this matter seriously. I look forward to your response.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Effotel by Sayaji in Indore. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. I was particularly impressed by the outstanding housekeeping service. A special mention to Ms. SANTOSHI, who took excellent care of the room and ensured everything was spotlessly clean throughout my stay.
