Rude behaviour of staff & Manager I booked through OYO & paid online after reaching they denied to give us entry. Then on call with OYO they moved us another hotel. Hotel staff was saying App kahi aur dekh hum payment nhi mila hai. Guyz don't book this hotel in any cost, this place dirty & bunch of mosquitos.

If any hotels staff and owner is not good in behaviour and service then this is complete waste of money. It was nod good experience for me. Firstly , hotel owner denied to accept OYO booking then I took the room at theirhigherrate . there was no wi fi coverage, no tv, no bathroom accesories. Pillow coversweredirty it's staff denied to change it

Never Book through OYO specially before contacting Proper Owner or Reception... I were got call from Oyo that this Hotel Is having 2 rooms left ,you just send some money So I can Confirm when I was searching for Rooms ... So I did payment, When I reached there , Staff said no Room Available....pathetic experience, although OYO promised n msgd me to refund that Money that too in next 30 days.... It's a terrible experience... So Have Call with reception before Completing Online Payment...

Wonderfull hotel at best price and staff is nice rooms are nice hotel location is nice ...hotel boss is nice ...overall i loved it ...personal experience for this hotel is 5 stars 🤩

WORST HOTEL IN JABALPUR When I reached the hotel they denied check- in stating they don't accept online payment booking as they are not getting payment from Oyo people and rooms are booked at low cost so he didn't allowed us to check in even after requesting, HOTEL IS PROVIDING TO UNMARRIED COUPLES AS THEY ARE READY TO STAY AT ANY COST. I immediately called the oyo call centre but they would ask all details and kept disconnecting the call.

WORSE is the experience you got I've booked 2 rooms from oyo app and when call them to reach there , they'll told that we can't give you room because you paid full amount on app and its less than our tarrif , So what can I do with this I've paid what app show me to pay I am with my family and they are not giving me room . So don't take any room from there HOTEL MYSTIC IS FRAUD.
