ROOM QUALITY IS VERY POOR.. BATHROOM IS VERY BAD.. NO HOT WATER NO ANY ADDITIONAL FEATURES LIKE HOT GEYSER, SOAP, TOWEL IS VERY BAD, ROOM RENT ALSO HIGH.. IT WAS A 1500/- FOR THREE PERSONS AND ROOM WAS VERY SMALL ANS CONJURATION.. I SUGGEST ALL OF DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IN FUTURE 🤮🤮🤧🤧🤢🤢

The management of the hotel is good and cooperative. The room service is also good. Foods are expensive but you may not opt for them - just outside the hotel some good eateries are available. This hotel is at the civic centre of the city - so many shops and malls are located nearby. The non-AC rooms are mosquito infested, possibly from the water of the air coolers. I don't have any idea when there is summer and the air coolers are in running condition. The washrooms should be well maintained.

Exceptionally rude staff at the reception. Despite being an Oyo booking and having soft copies of all ids, the guy at the reception was very rude and told us to figure out how to get a print and only then would he give us a room. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Old property, not maintained properly. Only Reception is renovated. No cleanliness. Towels were too dirty. Reception staff was good, other people where good too. not professional and not prompt in service.

Worst hotel please dont book this hotel. Dirty floors, no hot water, no proper hygiene, non responsive staff, only one charging point in all rooms that also near to door far from bed.

Worst Hotel, The employee cheats you Takes us three times more than online booking. Bad Room Service. you can get good hotel near this hotel.And they only want cash So that extra money can be put in your pocket..
