Hotel Anmol Era

I recently stayed in this hotel while attending a wedding, and I was extremely disappointed with the room conditions. The room was filthy, the bathroom had multiple broken and leaking fixtures, and the linen had smoke-burn marks. It was so uncomfortable that I had to buy my own pillow cover just to sleep for the night. I even checked with the receptionist multiple times to see if they could repair the issues or provide another room—I was happy to pay extra as well—but they didn’t care and no action was taken. This was definitely not the experience I expected, and I hope you will seriously improve the room maintenance, cleanliness.

Worst food, worst locality, worst staff behaviour, guard dits on reception desk and they call him an all rounder, room services are worst they don’t even change bedsheets, staff doesn’t know how to talk with customers, unnecessarily charges extra money cash , they calls fake police, uploaded the extra money charges receipt. Even the reception took extra cash too

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the washroom was a major issue. Despite multiple requests, the staff failed to maintain adequate cleanliness standards. Although they were polite and courteous, their inability to address this concern was disappointing. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but the lack of attention to cleanliness in the washrooms was a significant letdown. To make matters worse, the hotel charges a premium rate, which I found to be excessively high considering the subpar housekeeping services. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their housekeeping services and reviews their pricing strategy to ensure it reflects the quality of service provided.

The management is very rude , rooms are dirty , their attitude of communication is the worst I have ever experienced, don’t know the meaning of an extra bed , broken furniture and didn’t bother to talk when complained and over that trying to force us to pay extra half day rent for an hour delay in checking out

Had booked after seeing all the positive review. But for me turned out to be a nightmare experience .Experts to fraud the customers. Order a tea from them they will bring half a cup and charge money like anything. The website says they provide pickup and drop to railway station. And when asked they fight you and make lame excuses. There is no geyser, tv remote doesn't have battery. And if you visit their hotel and ask for price they charge exorbitantly higher then the listed price

Staff are very polite in nature, They have wifi, lift & only room service (don't have restaurant) but you can't imagine about food, very nice/excellent food, taste/preparation/presentation is like 3 to 5 star hotel. They have 24hrs hot water. Laundry service also available. Nearby market. 1.5km distance from Jabalpur Railway Station.
