Let me tell you my recent experience to this specific place.More and less I'd like to recommend you to please don't choose this place for staying.There is a non commitment services as there is a house keeping guy Mr.YOGENDRA NATH, please be aware of him if he asks you to provide any services. He would go to outlet for buy any food item or anything else as per your requirement and he would tell you DOUBLE of its ORIGIN PRICE. Plus he wouldn't give you that ordered FOOD invoices as well by making any pretext. He did not get even a bit of slightest hasitation during such activities.I came to know about the same when I revisited that same outlet in the night for eating dinner. I shared this thing as a complaint with the supervisor of this place.To tell you the truth and I'm not pretty sure about such services regarding the supervisor but he might be interested in the same.

We stayed in this hotel in the last week. The hotel has charged me extra amount during the bill settlement. Later assured it will credit the amount in my account. They had taken the account details. Ever since none of their phones are working and they till dated had not transferred. I feel cheated.....

We had extremely poor and bad experience in this hotel. We booked 2 rooms in this hotel via booking.com, while checking-in, the manager and the staff were super rude, ill-mannered, impolite and pathetic. On check-in, the manager didn't let us checkin to the hotel saying that they are not willing to give us our rooms to the price which we got from booking.com. They also said (translating the line to English: Whatever you want to do, we are not gonna let you checkin to this hotel. If you want to stay, stay with the price which we are offering.) I had booked via booking.com and I also got the confirmation of my booking.com, ideally being a customer I should not worry once my booking is done, but hotel manager said to us to call booking.com and sort this matter ourself. On the other hand, when we called booking.com's customer care, they were also not willing to sort this matter with the hotel and said we need to pay the price which hotel is offering (not the one which we booked before our arrival). I had my old parents with me and we travelled all the way around 7 hours to stay in this hotel and we had also booked the rooms many weeks ahead of our arrival, but this experience with the hotel and booking.com left us disappointed and we ended up staying in other hotel. I wish I could give 0 star or negative rating to this hotel, manager, the staff and the booking.com, but since google doesn't allow to submit the feedback form without selecting the stars, I had to give 1 star for my experience.

It is ok property and recently undergoing renovation so restuarant service is not available only order of🍽 food delivery to room option is present. I was charged 1800 for 1 night and found it too costly 😱neither the washroom nor amenities were given as such to justify this kind of pricing. Complimentary breakfast had very limited option which was again very disappointing 😥

Star rating is only for the room cleanliness and the reception staff. No variety in the buffet breakfast. We can't even call it a buffet .No water service , no wash basin.

highly recomended hotel in Jabalpur with a cheap price and great decor rooms and service. It was simply awesome. You will get the felling of royal atmosphere here. Just 10mins in auto from Jabalpur railway station this hotel is in the main road only. Though its resturant menu is costly its offers free breakfast with tea and coffee.

Really a very bad, terrible and pathetic experience. Hotel manager was very unprofessional and rude. They need to learn a lot how to talk to customers.

Stayed one day, Hotel is super clean . And the staff are so good and helpful . Rooms are big and confortable
