Room full neat and clean Washroom clean and hygiene proper maintain n stay very nice. Floor manager Manoj singh behaviour was very good also nice person. F. O.M. Aman behaviour was very good

Rooms are good since it's a budget stay, but please avoid having food here , I experienced it in my first meal of the day Breakfast, I ordered for aloo ka parantha and the oil which the use for cooking is below standard and second thing this hotel is not coustomer friendly

Worst experience of this hotel. Bedsheet are not cleaned. No amenities even you will not get the dental kit or room kit from them. Specially Staff behaviour is very bad, rude and errogent. If you call to reception they will disconnect your call on your face and not respond you properly. No one their to listen the issue or query of the customer. If you want to compromise with your respect then please visit this hotel. Old ambience and even they not provide bath or face towel. You will not get warm water on time when you need. Staff are illiterate and very low. Also rates are very high in that you can get good other hotels in jabalpur. -100 rating for services and ambience.
