Hotel O Russel Chowk Jabalpur

Hotel Russel ( VN residency )in Jabalpur, MP, is the absolute worst hotel I've ever encountered. They have zero regard for their customers. My friends and I booked two rooms through OYO, but at midnight, they told us that only one room with a capacity for two people was available. Neither OYO nor the hotel resolved our issue. The manager, Vishal, is completely unhelpful and a manipulator. He falsely lists room availability on OYO and other online platforms, takes advance payments, and then cancels your booking if he gets a higher offline price. This is unacceptable and downright shady. Avoid this unhygienic and terrible hotel at all costs. Don't waste your time and money on this pathetic excuse for a hotel. They don't deserve your business.

The rooms are very small and ordinary. The washroom was not up to date as the commode was not working well. Basic amenities like water, towel was not kept ready.

I checked in the hotel quite late as my train was delayed by around 5 hours, The owner refused to give me room but on showing my booking he allowed me to enter and gave me a room. He demanded the cash and didn't update my check in status on OYO, to which my final status showed your booking is cancelled at the hotel. The owner told me that I was not allowed to make the payment online and told that I will not be alloted a room if paid online. The receptionist didn't provide me any blankets, bed roll and towels too! It was a bad experience at OYO VN residency, Jabalpur! I request OYO to improve their hotel service and help me with my concerns!!

Location of this is very good. It is in Napier town at a prime location. Subway and pizza Hut are the neighbours and also lot of restaurants nearby. The stay is not so pleasant. But maybe value for money that is paid. It is very cheap. No hot water. Unclean washroom. Bed was ok. AC was working. What else can be expected from Cheap OYO room. If you are on a tight budget then go for it.

I booked many times this hotel in online there is showing different nd less rates when we booked rooms without make the payment and reached the hotel receptionist person said that we are not accepting this booking just bcz less rates puted by Oyo not our side so the mean it's guest fault they have to take care of that what rates they puted online they will have to check either dont sell rooms online .even it's a Oyo bed quality not good in rooms there is no bath towel hand towel ,dental kit we have to ask for everything and after all they said we ll provide you once we get laundary i was checked out but i didn't get this thing . If we booked rooms by walking guest they charged hight rates and also they said you have to checkout within 4 to 5hours is this sounds like good i was think that if we booked rooms they it depends on us at what time we are checking out .

Worst hotel ever. They charge extra at the time of entry, even if you have paid online . And they will waste your time, and harass you.

DONT GO SEEING CHEAP PRICE ITS A TRAP ❌❌ Management here is a gang of fraudsters running a scam , 1st they won't allow you checking until unless you pay double the amount you paid through booking app, 2nd rooms are unhygienic. 3rd - some malicious 3rd grade activity is going on here to blackmail people including stealing passengers goods . Not doubt they would have hidden cams installed too ! DO NOT VISIT , I REPEAT DO NOT VISIT !

Location was good, hot water was available in the wash room.While booking OYO confirmed that breakfast is complimentary and morning tea shall be arranged in request. But non of the above was provided.nRoom was shabby, washroom not clean
