OYO Hotel Midtown

I actually liked the stay ambience property service food everything was top tier..Staff were friendly, attentive and the services they provided was outstanding. It was just above expectations and value for money

We had an emergency and visited hotel midtown to stay for half day with my parents early morning without advance booking. After entering hotel, there was no one at reception desk, after-sometime a guy came and we requested for 1 room for 3 people, the tarif he shared was exceptionally high and after asking why his charging more than online portal, he replied that online option doesn’t have early checkin and started giving unnecessary explanations on tariff. We agreed and then he said to do advance payment as part of his policy, we gave advance amount, then we requested to show room, no one entertained We requested to provide bell boy to shift luggage, they handover the keys and ignored Then we were waiting at reception for 15 min, and again asked to provide help for luggage, he said staff is coming. People were roaming but no one came for help Then we by ourself went to lift and said this is wrong attitude So he said please take back your advance, we cannot offer room, and also said do whatever you want and take whatever actions you want We asked what what this attitude, then he started blaming with false excuses that you have asked my owner son to get the luggage. You were arguing on tariff.. etc We left the hotel and shifted to different one So I had bad experience in hotel midtown and won’t recommend anyone As per them hotel policy says, we will do whatever we want and no customer can raise questions.

Recently i had visited jabalpur. we stay in hotel mid town. After completed check in formality when we going to room the lift of the hotel not coming for 20 minutes. After entering in the room there is no facility of hot water when i request to manager he said will get the same after one hour. When will come back after sight seen and order for dinner, staff said there is party in restaurant so keep dinner in room which is very terrible experience. After finish the dinner when we request for cleaning the room the staff member said its not my work.Also sweet dish coming after 20 mnt of diner without spoon. When we request for spoon, same will receiving after half hour. and other many things to share but i have no words. I also request to all tour operator that not provide this hotel to the client other wise you must be lost your business next tiime. All over very terrible experience. Food is also average. Never recommend this hotel to any one.

i stayed at this place for 12 days and every day I would tell the manager to get their staff in order but it never happened. the whole staff is very immature and non professional. they would knock on your door once and if its open they would just barge in without even asking if they should come in or not. if your room is locked they would knock knock knock till you open it like mad men. they would bring room service and then while you are eating it they would bring bill. they will not wait for you to finish eating and call them. otherwise for the money the rooms are clean and the hotel is at a good location.

This is a very decent property near Russel Chowk.|Rooms are bigger in size and properly maintained.|Food quality is also good but they have room service facility and no restaurant available here.|Ideal for Solo, business and family travellers

Awesome Rooms awesome place just in front of samdareeya inn ...Budget friendly..Awesome staff...I even went there for vestige seminar once its good place

Stay in Midtown was good..and what excited me was good pleasing staff and great Poha which i had for breakfast..a real thriller for yur toungue.
