Deeply Disappointing and Inconsiderate Service!!! Our recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing, necessitating a review to share our experience and caution you. Despite a smooth check-in at 9 a.m. and transparent pricing, our experience took a drastic turn due to unanticipated issues that significantly impacted our stay. Merely three hours into our booking, we were confronted with intolerable noise from a function that the hotel failed to inform us about beforehand. Being 5 months pregnant, the loud noise was particularly distressing for me. Moreover, the hotel's lack of hot water during the winter season added to our discomfort. We were advised to waste several buckets of water in hopes of getting slightly warm water, an unacceptable and environmentally unfriendly suggestion. Faced with these issues, we requested either a partial refund or a price reduction, as the hotel was unable to rectify the noise and hot water problems. This seemed like a reasonable request, considering we decided to check out at 12 p.m., just three hours after paying a full amount of 4,200 rupees. Unfortunately, the hotel's response was utterly disappointing. Despite the staff's polite demeanor, their handling of the situation was highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. They refused to offer any form of refund, leaving us with no choice but to leave and find accommodation elsewhere. While the initial aspects of our stay, such as the clear pricing and check-in process, were satisfactory, the lack of empathy, professionalism, and the refusal to acknowledge our grievances overshadowed these positives. The hotel's inability to provide basic amenities and consider the well-being of its guests is alarming.

Clean rooms, super quick service, very good food. Stayed for 1 night with family and liked it. Location is in city area so very convenient. Staff is helpful and he called me immediately to return my T shirt which I forget in wardrobe. Recommended for stay. .

Key point: The management doesn't know what hospitality means. Seriously. Proof: my room is not available when I check in and I get 'upgraded' to a superior room. That room has no shower faucet! After 45 minutes of complaining and they running around, it got fixed. Shows that they don't have proper maintenance systems. Secondly, since 8pm there is a loud music playing somewhere in the hotel (some reception party it was). Couldn't sleep well. Shows that they don't know how to handle multiple different activities without affecting customers. That room should have been sound-proof or the guests should have been told that loud music was not allowed.

It was a great experience during my recent business trip. Nice ,spacious & comfortable rooms .Meticulously designed. Staff were amazing and helpful. Available 24/7 for service. Food was delicious ...Must try “Dal Palladium “ Loved our stay.

We stayed for 1 night but the room was very nice, clean and safe. Service was also very good with our needs being met in about 2 mins only of telling them about it. The breakfast was very good and very proficient service by Mr. Ravin Dubey. Overall good experience.

I visited Jabalpur with my family. Since this was my first visit to the city, I after carefully eveluating all options, opted for Hotel Delite Palladium. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the Railway station & about 20-25 mins drive from the Airport. The hotel is well known amongst the locals, it's very modern with ample car parking, the rooms are quite spacious and neat. But there's only one lift to access the floors.||The hotel serves some amazing food!! Be it the vegatrian or the non vegetarian options, the food served is fresh & of very good quality. We tried couple of the options from the menu & were not disappointed even once. Hat's off to their Chef!||The front office is very cordial and extremely helpful, especially Mr Balram & Mr Joye. The room service & house keeping staff too are well trained, polite & always cheerful. Full marks to the Hotel management!||Overall a lovely place to stay, when in Jabalpur. Highly recommended!
