While booking they told lunch, dinner, breakfast is available. After checking they told lunch & dinner is not available as party booking is there. Their tv remote not working, water in toilet not available in afternoon. Don't book this hotel They are liers

I liked the nature of the staff and their way of talking was very good, they answered everything very easily, whatever you ask, the hotel is also very Good

Recently renovated the lobby and upcoming dining hall is good but only the front rooms have a view or direct sunlight. Seem dark and musty :( The staff seemed to be quarreling with each other on petty things and not a care for the customers standing in the lobby and waiting to be served

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. On arrival on discovering me and my boyfriend were unmarried we were told we were unable to stay in the same room (have had no issue with this through our travels in India, also it isn't written on booking.com where we booked it or on their website). It was too late to change hotels as we would have had to pay the cancellation fee so we had to pay for 2 rooms. However this would have been fine if the room was in any way inhabitable.||The floors and walls were dirty, the sheets had stains on them, so did the pillows and were dusty. The mosquito screen over the bathroom had defects in it so bugs could get in. The bathroom was so dirty, i have no kdea when it was last cleaned, but not recently. No hot water. When we came back from dinner there was a mouse in my room. When I shooed it out another one appeared, There was a hole in the wall where they came from which I blocked up. Wifi was minimal at best. The door lock wasn't very secure at all so with that and the mice and the mosquitos I did not get a good night sleep. We got our taxi to pick us up as soon as possible the next day and it has put us off all other OYOs. ||Additionally staff were really rude and unhelpful, saw them being much nicer to locals. The lift doors jammed whilst we were in them. I realise it is a budget hotel and I wasn't expecting luxury but everything about this hotel was awful. Save yourself a restless night sleep and book elsewhere.

Very poor staff behavior... Bad rooms with dirty bedsheets... Dirty rooms with cigarette ash on the floor. Serving tap water and walls of the rooms are very dirty. There are soo many mosquitoes in the room the you can't sleep. Very poor quality breakfast and the tea was like road side and they charged 132 for 6 cups of tea.. they loot the customers... Lift is not working Please guys.. dont stay in this hotel Save your money!!🙏🙏🙏🙏
