People who run this hotel are rudest people i have seen in hotel industry. They dont have sense of service at all. If you are paying this much amount and still your mood gets pissed due to thier nonsense behavior and that too very useless arguments than please avoid this place. I know photos of rooms looks good here but belive me your money will be wasted and your tour will be spoiled if they started thier nonsense with you. So please dont go there with your family or partner your loved ones mood will surely be destroyed by them. Actually they are freely sitting all day long and they dont have anything to do all day so when you come they try to disturb you and find reasons to disturb you again and again. Pretty useless uneducated people.

The hotel staff who sits at reception area, specially a lady is very unprofessional and they will usually extend your checkout time and then ask you for extra money to pay. So please be aware. And i am highly disappointed with the way they treat their customer as if we are staying for free. They should get educate first and then sit there.

Awesome rooms, quick service and walking distance from station. The food is always freshly prepared and served with great hospitality. Wifi speed in every corner is good, even in peak hours. The admin staff is quite professional yet polite. The AC rooms are not air sealed and have netted windows. I had a charming view from mine. I'll not go anywhere else in my next visit. In my next trip I chose a non ac room that had centralised air cooling vents. That too were pretty good. Attaching pictures.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Never seen such staff running a hotel. Hospitality industry is all about people. But this hotel lacks the most basic concept. The only plus point is the location that is close to railway station. Rude staff. Really very disappointed.

Walking distance from the railway station hardly 100meters, a newly constructed hotel with decent amount of amenities, i liked the breakfast options, the staff and the owner himself were very polite and helpful, rates are also reasonable, overall pleasant experience..
