Very bad experience.... I stay with my 1 year old baby.... Not happy with service.... staff is not co-operative.... They took advance online but at the time checkout they trouble you to pay full amount.....

My family and I visited Maheshwar, accompanied by our pet, and faced a bit of a challenge finding a pet-friendly place near the fort. After some searching, we stumbled upon Kanchan Recreation, though attempts to contact them online were unsuccessful. Undeterred, we visited directly and inquired about pet-friendly accommodations. The staff was incredibly helpful, promptly assisting us and showcasing suitable rooms for our pet. Our two-night stay at Kanchan Recreation was delightful. The spacious rooms included a separate area for our pet, ensuring everyone's comfort. The hospitality exceeded our expectations, with the staff going the extra mile. The food was satisfying, contributing to an overall enjoyable experience. Upon inquiring about the contact number discrepancy on Google, the staff explained a recent change in ownership, assuring us that the issue would be resolved soon. They even provided assistance in exploring nearby tourist locations. In summary, our stay at Kanchan Recreation was not only accommodating for our pet but also marked by excellent service and hospitality, making it a memorable experience in Maheshwar.

Located at a peaceful place close to the Handlooms market.|Only plus point of hotel are it’s rooms, which are quite spacious & well equipped.|Barring that almost everything is negative. |1) Hotel having 4 floors with circular staircase & no lift . Not suitable for Senior Citizens & ailing persons.|2) A restaurant for name sake, which is not operative. Even for morning tea , you have to move out using those circular staircases.|3) Front desk person at reception claim a lot but are not available most of the time . Service of hotel is below average.

Its a bungalow which has been converted to a hotel. The staffs are very helpful and on their toes to help with our needs. Food was excellent and freshly prepared like home. The doors were a bit jammed which needs servicing. They need a bed stand for an extra bed. Overall a great experience. Would recommend anyone in maheshwar to stay here. Their hospitality was the best indeed.
