Hotel A Cube

Very Disappointed. The service is poor waiter and chef are nice, but the receptionist isn't ready to listen to feedback. Insects and fly are there even if it looks good. They don't have Phone pay or another online payment system. He doesn't even consider our suggestions. Food is expensive for taste. The waiter is very kind and considerate. Many items on the menu are not there, and he'll argue with us. And the worst, no dessert, not even ice cream. If management is reading this, I request them to consider the feedback and try to put someone humble and understanding over there.

Apart from its location, this hotel scores well in every other aspect, be it rooms, service, amenities, food, etc. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Rooms are big and clean. Room charge was little on the higher side and could have been lesser. The only drawback is that you have to cross narrow gullies to reach it which is difficult if you have a bigger vehicle. On the other hand, they have a dedicated basement for car parking.

It is a nice budget hoteol in Panna. Room cleanliness could be improved, food was made to our order, service is good. All staff were polite and ready to help. A pur veg hotel of this level at panna was beyound our expectations, we visit once a year and always had roblem in finding good veg hotel at this place. Keep the level of service continued if cannot improvre.

Worst hotel in this price range. The room was pathetic, no toiletries and tea kit was available. The bathroom was also very dirty and only 2 ltr instant water geyser was there that was sufficient in winter. Location is around 1 km inside the main road and that road was very narrow, it is very dificult for four wheeler.

Customer service is very poor, no electricity entire night in my room, no hot water, in my room, some rooms has light but not giving access to non A/C room which has light. What a joke. No response. I won’t recommend this hotel

Food is not tasty, don't go for dinner or lunch. Along with eat, when we complaint regarding the food to the manager ( who was sitting at reception), he simply said our food is perfect, we were 7 people, everyone felt like wasting money, I don't know about the rooms here but food is worst, plus that reception person was arrogant, he needs to learn how to response to customers

Worst experience ever. We're stayed at this hotel for two day. Very late service. Not cleaned well. Insects are everywhere. Not gonna choose this hotel again. Speechless😑

In my opinion this is the best hotel in Panna and the prices are also very reasonable, apart from this the staff here is very caring.. I will always stay in this hotel in the future.
