NillThey charge Aquafina 1 litre water bottle for 30 rupees, whereas it's all MP MRP is just 20 rupees. When I complained to manager he behave rudely and said they are doing it since last four years, and no one can do anything to them. Very poor service quality. Really a bad experience.

NillBad experience, The toilet jet was not working at all. Only Single bath towel given, no hand towel. No kettle in the room. We had to ask for every thing. Service was ok.

NillI attended my nephew's wedding from this place. The best part was the polite and humble behaviour of all the staff. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Interacted with one of the staff Mohanlal very humble person. Taste of Food is also very good, right from breakfast to dinner. Excellent place for big occasion like wedding and corporate events

NillThe hotel is excellent. I have stayed for 2 days. The staff behavior and on time resolution of issues if any is addressed instantly. I love this hotel due to the fact that there is a plenty of open space for walking and workout in Gym... Plenty of area for children to play. My rating is 5/5.

NillWe booked our stay through the hotel’s official website, assuming our reservation was confirmed. However, upon arrival after traveling all the way from Mumbai, we were shocked to learn that the website was non-functional, and no rooms were available for us. The lack of communication and care for customers was deeply disappointing. The reception staff were unhelpful and the overall experience was far below expectations. This level of service is unacceptable and needs immediate improvement.
